Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Pool Maintenance:

• Clean and maintain the pool, deck, and surrounding areas.
• Test and balance pool water chemistry.
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the Pool Manager.

Customer Service:

• Greet and assist pool patrons.
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns.
• Provide pool rules and safety information.

Safety and Emergency Response:

• Monitor the pool area for safety hazards and report any incidents.
• Respond to emergencies, such as pool accidents or medical issues.
• Administer first aid and CPR as needed.

Pool Operations:

• Assist with pool openings and closings.
• Monitor pool equipment and report any issues.
• Support special events and programs.

Teamwork and Communication:

• Collaborate with lifeguards, pool managers, and other staff.
• Communicate effectively with patrons, staff, and management.

Requirements:

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

• 1+ year of experience in a related field (pool maintenance, customer service, lifeguarding).

Certifications:

• CPR/AED certification.
• First Aid certification.
• Pool Operator certification (desired).

Skills:

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of pool chemistry and maintenance.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.

• We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Housekeepers to join our housekeeping team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Room Cleaning:

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.
• Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and amenities.
• Restock guest rooms with toiletries, towels, and other essentials.

Common Area Cleaning:

• Clean and maintain common areas, including lobbies, hallways, stairways, and elevators.
• Dust, polish, and vacuum furniture, fixtures, and equipment.

Back-of-House Cleaning:

• Clean and maintain back-of-house areas, including laundry rooms, storage areas, and employee break rooms.

Customer Service:

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding promptly to their requests and concerns.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and professional demeanour at all times.

Safety and Security:

• Report any safety or security concerns to management, including hazards, accidents, or suspicious activity.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Teamwork and Communication:

• Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
