    Physiotherapist

    Successful candidates will be responsible for;

    • Making assessments of patients' physical conditions.
    • Formulating treatment plans to address the conditions and needs of patients.
    • Conducting complex mobilization techniques.
    • Assisting trauma patients with how to walk again.
    • Educating patients, family members, and the community on how to prevent injuries and live a healthy lifestyle.
    • Referring patients to doctors and other medical practitioners.
    • Planning and organizing physiotherapy and fitness programs.

    Key Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy/Medical Rehabilitation (BPT/BMR)
    • 2-3 years of post-NYSC experience as a physiotherapist with good knowledge of preventive and rehabilitative medicine techniques in clinical cases.
    • A current practising license.
    •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • The ability to build and maintain rapport with patients.

    Business Development Team Lead

    • Successful candidates will be responsible for analyzing our customer base and current sales strategies, and identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and profitability. We are looking for a creatively-minded individual who can think outside the box and address the diverse needs of our customers.
    • Candidates with a strong background in sales, who are analytically inclined and highly motivated, will excel in this role. The ideal candidate should possess excellent skills in reporting, creative writing, sales pitching, organization, communication, and critical thinking.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement business development and fundraising strategies, including building and maintaining professional relationships with hospitals, HMOs, organizations, and private individuals.
    • Analyze the current customer base, including portfolios, to identify potential sales opportunities.
    • Formulate a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
    • Review and communicate proposals and cost estimates to customers and stakeholders.
    • Negotiate and secure sales for the organization, contributing to the achievement of team and departmental targets.
    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities; follow up on new opportunities and set up meetings with potential clients.
    • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to enhance overall customer experience and satisfaction.
    • Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing customers through in-person meetings, telephone calls, and emails.
    • Develop and manage external consultants' contracts and business proposals.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Management or a related field from a recognized institution.
    • 3 5 years of relevant work experience.
    • Proven experience as a business development officer, marketer, or sales executive, preferably in the health sector.
    • Relevant professional qualifications are preferred.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
    • Ability to draft and negotiate contracts.
