    Pharmacist

    Responsibilities

    • Accurately dispensing prescribed medications
    • Promote healthy lifestyle choices
    • Optimize patient care
    • Coordinate the activities of the pharmacy assistants
    • Provide patient counseling on proper medication usage and potential side effects to facilitate increased patronage for increased patronage
    • Create and ensure memorable customer experience outcomes
    • Oversee business growth and market share expansion
    • Proactive about stock replenishment and general procurements
    • Institute controls to plug exploitable loopholes in the outlet
    • Personnel management and general administration of the outlet
    • Ensure all assets are in good working condition in the outlet

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree
    • At least one year of community practice experience in a similar role

    Managing Director

    Job Summary

    • Setting the overall strategic direction of the bank.
    • Plans and implements the long-term business strategy of the bank to achieve its overall objectives.
    • Overseeing the recruitment and hiring of competent personnel to achieve corporate goals and objectives speedily
    • Devising a 5-year corporate plan and business strategy to ensure that the company attains its objectives as cost-effectively and efficiently as possible.
    • Working closely with the entire team to winnew businesses and increasemarket share.
    • Setting company-wide KPIs to evaluate the bank’s performance in all areas periodically.
    • Develop and maintain an effective marketing and public relations strategy to promote the products, services and image of the bank in the wider community.
    • Setting of budgets and forecasts.
    • Reporting results to the Board on a quarterly and annual basis.
    • Devising clear cut strategies to leverage technology for operations and market penetration

    Qualifications

    • First Degree/HND in any course but preferably, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Statistics, Economics and the Social Sciences. Professional qualificationwill be an added advantage.
    • Candidate must have undergone the Microfinance Certification Program and obtained a Certificate in Microfinance Banking issued by the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN).

    Competency and Skill Requirements:

    • A minimum of 12years of workexperience in financial services, most of which must be in a renowned MFB.
    • A proven record of success in senior management level, preferably in the microfinance banking industry.
    • A wide knowledge of the microfinance banking industry regulations and practices

    Other Conditions:

    • They must be very hardworking, target oriented, with high level of integrity
    • Ideal candidates should be ready reside in Asaba/Ubulu-Uku axis asaccommodation will be facilitated.

    Skill Set/Qualities:

    • Candidate must be computer literate with ability to use diverse MFB operations software
    • Must be passionate about the useof digital platforms for banking operations.
    • Experience in managing liquidity as well as the entire banking operations is compulsory
    • Understanding of financial management and wider management principles and techniques.

    • Knowledge of statutory regulations and requirements.
    • A very high level of commercial awareness.

    Benefits

    • Salary: N250,000 - N350,000 per month
