    Personal Assistant to the MD

    Job Description

    • The Personal Assistant (PA) will provide high-level executive support to the Managing Director (MD), ensuring efficient management of schedules, communications, meetings, and projects.
    • The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to maintain strict confidentiality.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the MD’s calendar, travel, meetings, and correspondence.
    • Serve as liaison between the MD, staff, clients, and external partners.
    • Prepare reports, memos, and presentations; record and share meeting minutes.
    • Handle phone calls, emails, and documentation with accuracy and discretion.
    • Oversee petty cash and basic bookkeeping tasks.
    • Assist in stock/inventory tracking and monthly requisitions.
    • Support the MD’s sales and marketing activities by scheduling client meetings and maintaining customer relations.
    • Manage MD’s online accounts and social media presence.
    • Undertake other tasks or projects as assigned.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
    • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
    • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.

    Graphics Designer, Printing Press

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphics Designer with solid experience in the printing press industry.
    • The ideal candidate must understand both design creativity and print production requirements — ensuring all artworks are clean, high quality, properly aligned, and ready for offset, large format, and digital printing.
    • This role is for someone who can translate client briefs into visually compelling designs while maintaining technical accuracy to avoid print errors and wastage.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Create high-quality designs for branding, marketing, and commercial print projects (flyers, business cards, brochures, banners, packaging, etc.).
    • Prepare files for print-ready formats (CMYK, bleed, crop marks, high resolution).
    • Work closely with the production team to ensure designs are practical for printing machines.
    • Edit and improve client-provided designs without losing brand identity.
    • Stay updated on design trends and apply them appropriately.
    • Ensure quick turnaround time without compromising quality.
    • Maintain a proper archive of client design files.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 3 years hands-on graphics design experience in a printing press or agency environment.
    • Strong proficiency in CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Illustrator (knowledge of InDesign is a plus).
    • Keen eye for detail — must be able to spot and correct errors before production.
    • Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
    • Strong portfolio of past work (especially print-related jobs).
    • Must be creative but also technically disciplined for print.

    Preferred:

    • OND / HND / B.Sc in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
    • Familiarity with pre-press and color separation for offset printing.
