SUMMARY

• Responsible for achieving or exceeding agreed sales targets for the Companfs range of Perkins Products and services within the assigned geographical territory and market sector.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Obtain orders that meet or exceed agreed targets and negotiate equipment sales into high-valued projects,
• Ensure that full are received for all units sold while all sales documents are adequately prepared.
• Arrange visits to existing and prospective Customers to ensure maximum coverage of the territory.
• Aggressive* promote the company's product within the catchment area and win more prospects therefrom.
• Provide product•related technical assistance and advice to customers and prospects.
• Obtain and communicate information relating to the market and competition as appropriate.

SUMMARY

• To supervise and control the field service operations on a basis.
• Responsible for covering major branch service revenue Wark accounts; participate in the annual preparation Of service objectives, manpower plan and operating
• Responsible for achieving the field Service sales and profit forecast.
• Expected to maximize sales and profit and satisfy the customer's needs through cost control and effective use of the available resources.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meet with Customers on malfunctions in their equipment, determine the cost Of inspection and repair, and dispatch Engineers to the Site as planned, prepare dispatch schedules to the Customers' Site and jobs.
• Estimate the COSt Of repairing and prepare quotations for major repair jobs on Site. Check
• Engineers' timecards, service reports, and parts requisitions.
• Ensure accurate warranty documentation is prepared and provided Within a week Of work order completion to the Technical Office,
• Investigate Customer complaints and professionally Customer and Delta Perkins' satisfaction,
• Maintain technical competency requirements on all service branch positions, identify manpower required, and direct training activities to improve Subordinate capabilities.
• Maintain the records Of the inspection/testing result.

JOB REQUIREMENTS/ PERSON SPECIFICATION

• University Degree in Mechanical/EIectricaI Engineering.
• Minimum experience Of 8 years in heavy equipment maintenance, With 5 year hands-on experience with Perkins Generators.
• High degree of interpersonal and supervisory skills.
