    Performance Management & Analytics Specialist

    The Role

    The Performance Management & Analytics Specialist will design, manage, and continuously improve Renmoney’s performance management framework and people analytics capabilities. The role ensures performance goals are clearly defined, tracked, analyzed, and translated into actionable insights that drive accountability, productivity, and high performance across the business.

    What You Will Do

    • Own the performance management framework including goal setting, performance reviews, calibration, and feedback cycles.
    • Drive alignment of individual and team goals with business objectives and strategic priorities.
    • Track performance metrics and KPIs across functions and provide actionable insights to leadership.
    • Design and manage performance dashboards and scorecards for teams and leadership.
    • Analyze performance trends, productivity, engagement, and workforce effectiveness.
    • Partner with People, Finance, and Business Leaders to embed performance discipline across the organization.
    • Support the design and evaluation of performance linked rewards, incentives, and recognition programs.
    • Provide data driven insights to support talent decisions including promotions, succession planning, and development.
    • Continuously improve performance processes to drive clarity, fairness, and consistency.
    • Support audits and governance requirements related to performance and people data.

    Requirements

    What You Bring

    • Strong experience in performance management, people analytics, or HR analytics.
    • Proven ability to design performance frameworks, KPIs, and scorecards.
    • Strong analytical skills with experience using dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools.
    • Ability to translate data into clear business insights and recommendations.
    • Experience working with HRIS, performance management systems, and BI tools.
    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
    • High attention to detail with a strong process oriented mindset.
    • Ability to work cross functionally in a fast paced environment.

    Lifecycle Manager

    We’re hiring a hands-on Lifecycle Marketing Manager to build and scale data-driven journeys that activate, engage, and retain customers across Renmoney’s products (Loans, Savings, Debit Card, and more). You’ll own end-to-end campaign execution in Customer.io (or similar), drive rigorous experimentation, and collaborate with Product, Data, Growth to improve LTV, retention, and reactivation.

    What You’ll Do

    • Own multi-channel lifecycle programs across email, push, SMS, WhatsApp, and in-app - from onboarding through win-back.
    • Develop segmentation frameworks (persona, behavioral, lifecycle stage) and trigger-based journeys that personalize at scale.
    • Build and operate in Customer.io (or similar): journeys, data requirements, QA, frequency caps, and governance.
    • Run an experimentation program (A/B, multivariate, holdouts) to improve conversion, retention, LTV, and campaign ROI.
    • Measure and report performance: cohort retention, funnel conversion, attribution; maintain clear dashboards and insights.
    • Collaborate with Product, Data, Growth to align messaging, data quality, and regulatory needs.
    • Write and edit channel-ready copy and provide clear briefs to content/design; maintain tone of voice and brand standards.
    • Maintain operational excellence: naming conventions, event/attribute hygiene, deliverability, and preference management.

    Requirements

    • 3+ years in Lifecycle/CRM/Retention or Growth Marketing (fintech or financial services is a plus).
    • Proven hands-on experience with Customer.io or comparable platforms (Braze / Iterable / Klaviyo).
    • Analytical skills: ability to segment data, conduct basic analysis, and understand attribution; familiarity with analytics/BI tools (e.g., Mixpanel, PowerBI) and spreadsheets.
    • Excellent written English with copywriting and editorial ability for short- and long-form communications.
    • Solid project management, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

    What you will do

    Requirements

    What we are looking for

    • Strong track record of leading workstreams or acting as an Engagement Manager / Project Leader 
    • Exceptional problem-solving and structured thinking skills
    • Ability to operate in high-ambiguity, fast-paced environments 
    • Strong communication skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders
    • High level of ownership, discretion, and judgment
    • Genuine interest in fintech and emerging markets
