    Operations Officer

    • The ideal candidate must have a strong process management background with an eye for detail and experience in retail operations, strategy execution, and people management.

    Key Requirements:

    • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is typically required
    • 1–3+ years of experience managing operations, preferably in the luxury or bespoke fashion industry.
    • Proficiency in inventory management software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant digital tools
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills for process optimization and issue resolution
    • Ability to work cross-functionally with design, production, sales, and procurement teams
