Key Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is typically required
1–3+ years of experience managing operations, preferably in the luxury or bespoke fashion industry.
Proficiency in inventory management software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant digital tools
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills for process optimization and issue resolution
Ability to work cross-functionally with design, production, sales, and procurement teams

Key Requirement
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or in any related field.
7+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development within the financial or professional services sector.
Strong ability to develop and execute business growth strategies.
Excellent negotiation, deal-closing, and contract management skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Expertise in strategic partnership development and key account management.
