Job Summary

• The Operations Manager will oversee and optimize daily operations, drive efficiency, and ensure seamless delivery of healthcare products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all operational activities across departments
• Ensure timely distribution and availability of health products and diagnostics
• Develop and implement efficient systems, SOPs, and KPIs to drive productivity
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to support growth targets
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality control across operations
• Monitor budgets, resources, and inventory to reduce wastage and maximize ROI.

Requirements

• Proven experience in operations management (preferably in healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors)
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and team coordination abilities
• Knowledge of supply chain, inventory, and regulatory standards
• Results-oriented with a passion for impactful healthcare delivery.

Salary
N350,000 Monthly.

Key Responsibilities
