    Operations Manager

    Job Summary

    • As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, team coordination, and workflow efficiency across all leather care, restoration, and customer service processes.
    • You will ensure operational excellence, supervise staff performance, manage production timelines, and support the overall service quality that defines the Tender Leather Care brand.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee day-to-day operations across leather cleaning, repair, restoration, and customer service units
    • Develop and implement operational processes to improve workflow efficiency and service delivery
    • Supervise and coordinate production teams to ensure quality standards and timely order completion
    • Monitor inventory levels for materials, chemicals, and tools, and coordinate procurement needs
    • Prepare operational reports and support management in decision-making and continuous improvement

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a B.Sc. / HND in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
    • 3–5 years’ experience in operations, preferably in retail services, craftsmanship, or production environments
    • Strong leadership, organizational, and process-management skills
    • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with attention to detail.

    Salary
    NGN 350,000 - NGN 400,000 / Month.

    Job Summary

    • As the Hotel Manager, you will oversee daily hotel operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and manage all departments including front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage hotel, restaurant, and lifestyle operations to achieve excellence in service delivery
    • Supervise and train staff to maintain world-class hospitality standards

    N200,000 - N450,000 per month.

    Job Summary

    • As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the acquisition of new clients, management of key accounts, and development of strategic partnerships.
    • You will identify sales opportunities, prepare commercial proposals, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective collaboration with internal teams.

    N200,000 - N350,000 per month.
