    Operations Lead

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a highly organized, resourceful and forward-thinking Operations Lead to oversee and streamline the day-to-day activities of our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure operational excellence across all departments from Agency, Internal Operations, Marketing, Branding and Talent management to Events.
    • You’ll play a pivotal role in turning creative ideas into seamless execution, managing teams, optimizing internal processes and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and at the highest quality.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and coordinate daily business operations across multiple departments
    • Develop and implement efficient systems, policies and workflows that drive productivity and accountability.
    • Work closely with leadership to translate strategic goals into operational plans and actionable deliverables.
    • Oversee project timelines, budgets and resource allocation to ensure smooth execution of all projects and campaigns.
    • Manage brand relationships, contracts and partnerships for events and productions.
    • Supervise and support staff and cross-functional teams to ensure top performance and collaboration.

    Qualifications

    • Strong leadership, problem-solving and organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication and people management abilities.
    • Proven experience managing complex projects and coordinating multiple teams.
    • Familiarity with creative workflows, event planning and media production processes is a plus.

    Tech Support Associate

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage event ticketing platforms, ensuring accurate ticket uploads and real-time updates.
    • Oversee accreditation systems, generating passes, managing access levels and updating attendee databases.
    • Handle website content updates (event details, schedules, media uploads, etc.)
    • Collaborate with the creative, events, and communications teams to ensure all digital information aligns with event timelines.
    • Monitor data accuracy across all tech platforms and troubleshoot any technical or user errors.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of support requests, incidents, and resolutions.
    • Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support or vendors when necessary.

    Qualifications

    • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
    • 3-5 years of experience in technical support, preferably in entertainment or event operations.
    • Familiarity with ticketing and event management platforms (e.g., Eventbrite, Ticketmaster, or similar).
    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

    Content Creator

    Responsibilities

    • Create daily content (videos, photos, reels, TikToks, posts,skits, behind-the-scenes clips, lifestyle content, etc)
    • Stay updated on music, celebrity news and entertainment trends to generate timely content ideas.
    • Film, edit and deliver high-quality short-form videos tailored to each platform.
    • Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to align daily output with brand direction.
    • Participate in content planning sessions and brainstorming for weekly/monthly themes.
    • Engage talent/influencers when needed for shoots and content collaborations.
    • Ensure quick turnaround on trending topics and breaking entertainment stories.
    • Maintain consistent visual style and brand identity across all content.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree
    • 1 - 3 years experience in content creation (preferably within entertainment or lifestyle niches).
    • Strong video editing skills (CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere/Final Cut is a plus).
    • Ability to conceptualize and execute fresh, creative ideas daily.
    • Camera friendly
    • Strong storytelling and writing skills.
    • Solid understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X).
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, trend-heavy environment.
