    Project Manager

    Job Description

    • We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage the organization's projects.
    • The selected candidate for this role shall be essentially helping the company plan every aspect of our upcoming talent hunt reality TV show event and every other subsequent event.
    • Therefore, this role requires someone with a good background in the financial and entertainment industries.  

    Important Skillset:

    • Expertise in a project management software
    • Writing, effective communication, and strategic thinking
    • Basic bookkeeping

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Participate in project ideation and planning 
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
    • Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
    • Work with the BDM and team members in financial analysis, budgeting, and procurements related to projects
    • Monitor project financials and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
    • Allocate resources effectively to ensure project objectives are met.
    • Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize project expenditures.
    • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless delivery of projects
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders.
    • Communicate project progress, issues, and risks effectively to stakeholders and senior management.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries.
    • Doing feasibility studies for projects, and owning the project execution plan 
    • Performing risk management assessment and minimizing project risks as necessary
    • Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks and issues.
    • Develop contingency plans to ensure project success.
    • Implement best practices to minimize project risks.
    • Ensuring that projects are delivered timely, within their scopes, objectives and budget
    • Measuring project performance and tracking progress, using appropriate tools and techniques
    • Periodically report project execution progress to management as needed
    • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation at all times
    • Generate regular project status reports and present them to stakeholders.
    • Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned.
    • Define and track project quality standards and metrics.
    • Ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed quality expectations.
    • Implement quality control processes as needed.
    • Foster a collaborative and motivated project team environment.

    Business Development Officer

    Job Description

    • The BD officer shall be mostly responsible for helping the company build a database of sponsors and partners for our upcoming events, engaging them.
    • Their role shall also involve a lot of documentation, including managing financial budgets, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
    • Therefore, this role requires someone with a good background in sales and marketing.

    Important Skillset:

    • Using a CRM (e.g. Hubspot)
    • Using Accounting software (e.g. Zoho)
    • Proposal Writing, Effective communication and strategic thinking

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Reaching out to new sponsors, partners, and prospective investors 
    • Building our partnerships database
    • Contributing to the overall business development strategy
    • Assisting with basic accounting (expenses record and book-keeping using sage or Zoho software)
    • Planning and executing field outreaches toward our sponsorship targets
    • Co-managing our corporate contacts' database
    • Executing periodic surveys and reporting progress 

    Job Requirement

    • BSC or its equivalent in any discipline from a recognized institution.
    • Prior experience (at least 3 years) in a corporate marketing role
    • A background in accounting and finance
    • Solid computer skills, including MS Office tools are necessary
    • Prior use of a CRM (especially HubSpot) will be an added advantage
    • Understanding email marketing will be an added advantage
    • General knowledge of social media/digital marketing
    • The Ideal candidate is very tech-savvy, teachable, and open-minded
    • Ability to learn fast and adapt to a new environment.

    Digital Content Creator (NYSC)

    Responsibilities and Duties

    •  The role demands on-site personnel who handle live promotions of training/programs
    •  Can snap great shots and videos and edit on the go (smartphone video recording & editing)
    •  Should also know how to use standard video editing tools on a PC
    •  Good with captions for social media posts on the go
    •  Understand social media (Especially Instagram to a fault)

    Job Requirement

    • BSC/HND or its equivalent (or related disciplines) from a recognized institution.
    • Prior experience in corporate roles shall be an added advantage
    • Hands-on experience using office equipment such as photocopiers and scanners is desirable
    • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, and data processing tools are necessary
    • Understanding of social media usage for campaign shall be an added advantage
    • Ability to learn fast and adapt to a new environment.
    • Excellent verbal and communication in the English Language.
