    Logistics Officer Port Harcourt 

    Remuneration: N200,000 net salary

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and Implement a Robust Procurement Policy and Procedure.
    • Establish re-order levels for Consumables and procedures for making and filing requisitions to ensure uninterrupted hospital operations
    • Undertake periodic stocktaking and stock counts across, reconciling, discrepancies and identifying obsolete or slow-moving inventory items for proper disposal or replacement.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and industry standards in procurement processes.
    • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, vendor contracts and related documentation.
    • Keep an updated Register of approved Vendors/Suppliers in respect of all Hospital suppliers including developing a supplier onboarding procedure.
    • Identify and maintain a strong network of reliable and quality-driven suppliers/vendors. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
    • Develop and implement a procurement budget, forecasting procurement needs and monitoring purchases to ensure strict adherence to the approved budget.
    • Identify cost-saving opportunities, negotiate competitive pricing and implement cost effective procurement strategies.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
    • 4+ years of experience in procurement, logistics and ticketing.
    • Candidate must have experience in sourcing, vendor management, and buying too.
    • A thorough understanding of sourcing methodologies.
    • Must be focused on order fulfillment and not just on placing orders with suppliers
    • Strong negotiation skills.
    • Good understanding of margins when pricing

    QAQC Inspector

    Job Summary

    • Provide reports regularly (daily/weekly) on HSE and Operational activities to the head of materials & QA/QC
    • Works with other engineers and supervisors, shares experience and best practices, initiates and reviews documents, and provides constructive feedback.
    • Mentors Junior Engineers and Supervisors, shares experience and best practices, reviews documents, and provides constructive feedback.
    • Maintain good communication with all entities at company logistics bases (Onne, OML58, New Pipe yard) and contractor/ 3rd Party Sites to ensure smooth management of equipment and materials.
    • Maintain synergy with the mobilization team (supervisors and support staff) to complement the QA/QC Inspection, Validation, issuance, and receipt of company and contractor/3rd party equipment / Materials
    • Has in-depth knowledge and experience in QA/QC and Inspection technologies, and techniques (MPI, DPT, UST, EC, etc.)
    • Understand the application of various inspection standards & and codes (API, ASTM, ASNT, etc) in defining rejection criteria after inspection.
    • Follows up on Preparation, Testing, and Loadout of equipment and materials stored at the site for Drilling, Completion, and Intervention operations

    Requirements

    • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical Engineering, welding and fabrication or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant technical experience in welding, fabrication, pumps, and valve equipment.
    • Very Knowledgeable in Drilling and completion Engineering / Operations, Well interventions, and Well integrity.
    • Good knowledge of Oil and gas Material and equipment, QA/QC and Inspection procedures and Standards, Stock management, Materials handling, and Logistics
    • Membership in relevant Inspection and Technical audit bodies is desirable.
    • Good knowledge of Relevant Regulatory Authorities and Agencies in the Oil and Gas space in Nigeria and Internationally.

    Human Resource Officer

    Responsibility

    • The Human Resource officer amongst other duties, will be able to:
    • Develop and implement human resources policies, procedures, and programs in line with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
    • Coordinate the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
    • Develop and deliver employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
    • Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring fairness, competitiveness, and compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
    • Manage employee health and safety initiatives, including coordinating training programs and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
    • Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in human resources management, proactively recommending improvements and innovative approaches.
    • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organizations objectives.
    • Oversee employee relations, addressing and resolving employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues in a fair and consistent manner.
    • Develop and implement performance management systems, including performance appraisals, goal setting, and career development plans.
    • Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations, including maintaining accurate employee records, managing employee contracts, and handling work permits and visas.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and training and development preferably with in the real estate industry.
    • Familiarity with of Nigeria labour laws and regulations.
    • Proficiency in HRIS software and other relevant HR tools.
    • Professional certification in Human Resources Management (e.g., CIPM, HRCI) is a plus.
    • The preferred age is 30-40 years and a Christian background too.
