    Station Supervisor - Onitsha

    Job Summary

    The Station Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily shift operations at the fuel station, ensuring efficient service delivery, accurate sales recording, staff coordination, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction. The role ensures operational control during assigned shifts and supports management in achieving sales and performance targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise pump attendants and cashiers during assigned shifts.
    • Ensure proper opening and closing procedures.
    • Monitor fuel dispensing activities to prevent shortages and losses.
    • Ensure all pumps and POS systems are functioning properly.
    • Monitor fuel stock levels and report low stock.
    • Verify product deliveries during shift.
    • Maintain accurate stock records for fuel and lubricants.
    • Prevent product losses, theft, and wastage.
    • Monitor daily sales transactions and ensure accurate recording.
    • Reconcile shift sales and prepare handover reports.
    • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
    • Monitor fire safety equipment and emergency readiness.
    • Enforce no-smoking and safety compliance within station premises.
    • Prepare daily shift reports.
    • Document incidents, discrepancies, or operational issues.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • HND / bachelor’s degree in any related field.
    • 1–3 years\' experience in fuel station or retail operations.
    • Basic knowledge of cash handling and inventory control.
    • Good communication and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
    • High level of honesty and accountability.

    Deputy Station Manager - Aba

    Job Summary

    The Deputy Station Manager supports the Station Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the fuel station, ensuring smooth service delivery, safety compliance, inventory control, revenue accountability, and staff supervision. The role ensures operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability while maintaining strict adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in supervising daily station operations.
    • Ensure fuel dispensing and sales activities run efficiently.
    • Monitor pump functionality and coordinate maintenance when required.
    • Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.
    • Reconcile sales transactions and cash collections.
    • Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
    • Ensure proper POS usage and cash handling procedures.
    • Monitor fuel stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
    • Supervise product deliveries and verify quantities received.
    • Prevent stock shortages, losses, or pilferage.
    • Maintain accurate stock records for fuel and non-fuel products.
    • Supervise pump attendants, cashiers, and other station staff.
    • Prepare duty rosters and ensure adequate shift coverage.
    • Train staff on safety, customer service, and operational procedures.
    • Enforce discipline and company policies.
    • Monitor fire safety equipment and emergency procedures.
    • Ensure compliance with DPR/NMDPRA regulations.
    • Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free station environment.
    • Ensure excellent service delivery at all times.
    • Promote company products and loyalty initiatives.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or related field.
    • 2–5 years\' experience in fuel station or retail operations.
    • Strong knowledge of inventory control and cash management.
    • Good leadership and supervisory skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
    • Strong integrity and accountability.
