    About the Role

    We are seeking ambitious, motivated, and dynamic graduates to join our Graduate Trainee Program in Human Resources, Electrical Engineering, Production, and Assembly Supervision.
    This structured program offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and professional development aimed at preparing trainees for full-time roles within our organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    General Responsibilities (All Tracks):

    • Participate actively in on-the-job training, workshops, and departmental rotations.
    • Support day-to-day operations and projects under supervision.
    • Demonstrate initiative, teamwork, and a strong willingness to learn.
    • Contribute innovative ideas to improve departmental efficiency and processes.

    Electrical/Electronic Engineer (Experienced)

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical & Electronic Engineer to join our technical team.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining electrical and electronic systems, equipment, and components.
    • This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and a hands-on approach to ensure efficient operations and innovation within the company.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design, develop, and implement electrical and electronic systems, equipment, and components.
    • Conduct troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs of electrical/electronic systems to minimize downtime.
    • Develop and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and circuit diagrams.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance protocols.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, maintenance, R&D) to support project execution.

    • Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in electrical and electronic engineering roles.
    • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, electronic circuits, automation, and control systems.
    • Proficiency in using engineering software tools (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, MATLAB, PLC programming, etc.).
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong communication and technical reporting skills.
    • Professional certifications or membership in relevant engineering bodies (COREN, NSE, etc.) will be an added advantage.
