    Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS)

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our diagnostic team in Lekki. You will play a vital role in executing specialized tests, maintaining rigorous quality assurance, and ensuring clinical accuracy across all diagnostic departments.
     
    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform routine and specialized testing in hematology, microbiology, clinical chemistry, immunology, and blood banking.
    • Accurately interpret, record, and report findings to support critical clinical decision-making.
    • Operate, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments.
    • Implement and monitor strict quality assurance protocols and biosafety guidelines.
    • Communicate results to physicians and mentor junior staff and interns.

    Key Requirements:

    • B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Science (MLS) or a related field from an accredited institution.
    • Valid MLSCN license (Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria) and active Annual Practicing License.
    • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in hematology, microbiology, molecular biology, and blood banking.
    • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills.

    Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)

    About the Role:

    We are looking for an organized and efficient Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for specimen handling, laboratory record management, and basic analyzer operations to keep our daily laboratory workflow running seamlessly.
     
    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collect blood, urine, and tissue samples following proper labeling, handling, and safety protocols.
    • Operate, calibrate, and maintain analyzers, centrifuges, and microscopes.
    • Adhere strictly to biosafety standards and regulatory guidelines.
    • Maintain workbench hygiene, logbooks, data entry records, and daily activity tracking charts.

    Key Requirements:

    • Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology.
    • Valid MLSCN License.
    • 2–3 years of experience in specimen handling, lab equipment operation, and lab data systems.
    • Excellent organizational skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.

    Sales Manager – Ariel Compressor Packages

    Job Summary

    Our client, a leading oilfield equipment manufacturer, is expanding its operations in Nigeria and is seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record in selling Ariel compressor packages to upstream and midstream oil & gas clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong industry relationships, technical expertise, and a demonstrated ability to drive business growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive sales of Ariel reciprocating compressors and related services to oil & gas operators, EPCs, and distributors.
    • Develop new business opportunities while leveraging existing client relationships.
    • Manage the sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, and achieve revenue targets.
    • Provide technical solutions by collaborating with engineering teams to meet client requirements.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 5 years\' experience in the sales of Ariel compressor packages or equivalent equipment.
    • Established relationships with oil & gas operators, EPCs, and distributors in Nigeria.
    • Previous experience working with Ariel distributors or renowned compressor packagers is an added advantage.
    • Strong technical understanding of compressor packages and aftermarket services.
    • Proven business development and sales achievement record.
    • Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
