1. Execution of stock taking exercise/inventory count
2. Regularly check and update inventory levels for all products in the retail store.
3. Use inventory management software and tools to track stock movement and availability
4. weekly inventory reconciliation with the store count and expected count on Odoo
5. Monitoring and completing inventory transfer between sales outlet and between warehouse and store on Odoo
6. Record discrepancies and report damaged or missing items to the relevant department. 
7. Reconciliation of sales/inventory level; to ensure sales quantity posted on Odoo are the same with sales carried out at the store.
8. Other duties as assigned by the Manager.

1. Implement and ensure compliance with approved HR policies, processes, and procedures.
2. Collaborate with department managers to define job requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
3. Ensure the implementation of the performance evaluation process by providing guidance to line managers on policies and processes, confirming that evaluations and recommendations are compiled on time and within set guidelines.
4. Generate HR reports and analytics as needed.
5. Any other duty as assigned by Line Manager.
