About the Role

Our client is a creative, impact-driven organisation operating within the music, culture, and youth development space. They work on high-visibility projects that require exceptional storytelling, visual clarity, and creative energy.

They are seeking a Deck Designer who specialises in presentation design, not brochures or flyers. This role is strictly for designers who understand how to bring ideas to life through dynamic, visually engaging slide decks that look excellent across devices and presentation settings.

This role requires a strong eye for detail, layout discipline, and the ability to turn concepts into compelling visual narratives.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Design high-quality slide decks for presentations, pitches, and stakeholder engagements
• Translate ideas, concepts, and written content into visually engaging slides
• Ensure decks are clean, modern, well-paced, and not text-heavy
• Maintain visual consistency across decks (typography, spacing, colour, hierarchy)
• Optimise decks for viewing across different screens and devices
• Revise designs based on feedback while maintaining creative integrity
• Deliver work within agreed timelines and quality expectations

Requirements

• Proven experience designing presentation decks (pitch decks, keynote decks, proposals, etc.)
• Strong portfolio showing slide deck examples (mandatory)
• Excellent understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to simplify complex ideas visually
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

This role is ideal for someone who understands both structure and creativity, and who can manage people, timelines, and deliverables under pressure.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver creative and event-based projects end-to-end
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and execution schedules
• Coordinate with creatives, vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Track tasks using spreadsheets, checklists, or project trackers
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within the agreed scope
• Manage on-ground execution for events in Lagos
• Support coordination with sponsors and corporate partners
• Maintain clear communication across all project stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in project management, event production, or programme delivery
• Demonstrated ability to deliver time-bound projects
• Strong organisational and follow-through skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Comfortable using project management tools (spreadsheets, trackers, checklists)
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders under deadlines
• Experience delivering events in Lagos
• Familiarity with creative, music, or youth-focused programmes
• Experience coordinating with sponsors or corporate partners is a strong advantage

This role requires emotional intelligence, confidentiality, and strong persuasion skills. It is not a spammy sales role.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Engage prospective members via Instagram DMs and related channels
• Respond to enquiries with warmth, clarity, and professionalism
• Qualify leads and guide them through the decision-making process
• Close qualified prospects into paid offerings
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
• Track conversations, follow-ups, and conversions
• Work closely with the founder to align messaging and tone

Requirements

• Proven experience in DM closing, sales, or client conversion roles
