COC Beauty School is hiring a responsible and professional Office & Operations Assistant to support daily activities in our Lagos office and training center.
Our office operates as a quiet, private, and structured environment, with steady, organized tasks rather than high foot traffic. This role is best suited for individuals who are reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a calm setting.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily office operations and administrative activities
Assist during trainings, classes, and office sessions
Attend to walk-in enquiries and provide basic customer service
Keep the office organized, active, and professional at all times
Monitor office supplies and report maintenance or repair needs
Assist in simple marketing activities such as short videos or office updates
Ensure staff follow daily routines and office standards
Prepare daily activity reports for management.
Education & Experience
OND, HND, BSc Degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 1 year experience in office administration, customer service, or operations.
Requirements & Skills:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Professional attitude and good judgment
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Basic customer service and sales awareness
Comfortable using a smartphone for simple video tasks
