• COC Beauty School is hiring a responsible and professional Office & Operations Assistant to support daily activities in our Lagos office and training center.
• Our office operates as a quiet, private, and structured environment, with steady, organized tasks rather than high foot traffic. This role is best suited for individuals who are reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a calm setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily office operations and administrative activities
• Assist during trainings, classes, and office sessions
• Attend to walk-in enquiries and provide basic customer service
• Keep the office organized, active, and professional at all times
• Monitor office supplies and report maintenance or repair needs
• Assist in simple marketing activities such as short videos or office updates
• Ensure staff follow daily routines and office standards
• Prepare daily activity reports for management.

Education & Experience

• OND, HND, BSc Degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 1 year experience in office administration, customer service, or operations.
