    Office Assistant

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a reliable and proactive Office Assistant to support daily administrative and operational activities.
    • The ideal candidate must be organized, attentive to detail, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proximity to the office location is a key requirement for this role.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist with general office duties including filing, photocopying, and document management
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office environment
    • Handle errands and support staff with day-to-day operational tasks
    • Assist in receiving visitors and directing them appropriately
    • Support record keeping and basic administrative functions
    • Ensure office supplies are adequately stocked and report shortages
    • Run official errands within, around and outside the office location.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of SSCE or OND qualification
    • Must reside in Ipaja or its immediate environs (very important)
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
    • Basic organizational and time management skills
    • Honest, responsible, and punctual.

    Accountant

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented and trustworthy Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance, and support the company’s financial operations.
    • The ideal candidate must be highly organized, accurate, and capable of working independently. Proximity to Ikotun is a key requirement for this role.

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping
    • Prepare and present financial reports (weekly and monthly)
    • Monitor cash flow, expenses, and income
    • Handle invoicing, receivables, and payables
    • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
    • Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements
    • Support budgeting and financial planning processes
    • Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions

    Requirements

    • Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Accounting or related field
    • Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Must reside in Ikotun or its immediate environs (very important).
