Job Summary

• They're currently looking for a dedicated and creative Multimedia Designer to join their team and help bring their brand to life.

Responsibilities
Graphic Design:

• Create and adapt graphics for use across various digital platforms including social media, website, and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with the growth team to ensure brand consistency.
• Translate campaign objectives into clear and compelling visuals.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure they're consistently applied.
• Update existing design materials, ensuring they adhere to current brand guidelines.

Motion Design:

• Design and animate motion graphics for use in social media, advertisements, and other digital platforms.
• Create engaging animations and short videos to enhance visual storytelling.
• Develop animated elements for video content, including intros, outros, and transitions.
• Ensure all motion graphics are optimised for the specific platform they're shared on (e.g., Instagram, YouTube).

Video Editing:

• Edit video content for social media, webinars, tutorials, and promotional campaigns.
• Add music, dialogues, graphics, and effects to enhance videos.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop video concepts.
• Ensure all videos are optimised for the specific platform they're shared on (e.g., Instagram, YouTube).

Collaboration & Feedback:

• Work closely with the growth team to discuss and interpret graphic and video needs.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and come up with visual solutions to complex problems.
• Incorporate feedback, iterate on designs, and find a balance between business needs and design choices.

Asset Management:

• Organise, categorise, and maintain an updated library of graphic and video assets.

Stay Updated:

• Keep up-to-date with the latest graphic design, motion design, and video editing trends and tools.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
• Proven experience in graphic design, motion design, and video editing.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other visual design tools.
• Experience with Canva and an understanding of templates.
• Strong visual storytelling abilities – able to convey complex messages simply.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills – able to convey ideas clearly to non-design team members.
• Portfolio of past work showcasing graphic design, motion design, and video editing skills.

• Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Content Creator & Community Manager to be the voice of the brand and foster relationships with the community.

Responsibilities
Content Creation:

• Develop, curate, and post regular content across all social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and develop content, style, and layout.

Community Engagement:

• Respond promptly to comments, inquiries, and feedback across social channels, ensuring all communication represents the brand positively.
• Monitor and report on online reviews, feedback, and overall sentiment, identifying opportunities to enhance community engagement.

Event Participation & Organization:

• Plan, organize, and participate in events (both online and offline) to strengthen community bonds and boost brand awareness.

Cross-departmental Collaboration:

• Coordinate effectively with Marketing, PR, Communications, and other teams to ensure a consistent brand message.
• Share insights from community interactions with relevant departments to influence strategy.

Stay Updated:

• Keep abreast of digital technology trends, emerging platforms, and tools to ensure our brand remains at the cutting edge of digital engagement.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a content creator, social media coordinator, community manager, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with content management systems (e.g., Hootsuite, Facebook Creator Suite, Canva..etc).
• Solid ability to identify, monitor, and explain community KPIs.
• Strong verbal communication and writing skills.
• Knowledge and understanding of online marketing channels and best practices.
• Ability to interpret website traffic, online customer engagement metrics, and community feedback.
• Creative mindset with the ability to identify and act on new opportunities for community growth and engagement.
• Familiarity with professional software (e.g., Photoshop, Premiere Pro) would be a plus.
