Job Description

• A Multimedia and Graphics Designer is a creative professional responsible for producing visual content across various media platforms to communicate messages, concepts, and ideas effectively.
• This role involves a combination of artistic skills, technical proficiency, and a keen eye for design aesthetics. The designer collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop visual assets that align with the organization's branding, marketing, and communication strategies.

Responsibilities

Graphic Design:

• Create visually appealing and impactful designs for various purposes, including marketing materials, social media graphics, website elements, print collateral, and more.
• Develop layouts, illustrations, icons, and other graphical elements to enhance the visual representation of ideas and concepts.
• Collaborate with content creators, marketers, and other team members to understand project objectives and requirements.

Multimedia Production:

• Produce multimedia content, such as videos, animations, interactive presentations, and slideshows, using software tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or similar platforms.
• Edit and enhance existing multimedia content to maintain consistency and quality standards.

Branding and Identity:

• Maintain and adhere to brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive visual identity across all materials.
• Design and update logos, color schemes, typography, and other brand elements as needed.

User Experience (UX) Design:

• Create user-centered designs for websites and applications, ensuring an intuitive and engaging user experience.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate design concepts and interactions.

Illustration and Animation:

• Develop original illustrations and animations that convey complex ideas and concepts in a visually appealing manner.
• Incorporate animations and motion graphics to enhance user engagement and storytelling.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and development teams, to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet objectives.
• Communicate design concepts and ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
• Familiarity with multimedia software for video editing, animation, and interactive content creation.
• Knowledge of UX design principles, responsive design, and web development basics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including graphics, multimedia, and illustrations.
• Strong artistic and creative abilities, with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in design software and multimedia tools.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Job Summary:

• We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer to develop and execute automated tests, as well as perform manual testing to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of automation frameworks, strong analytical skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or similar.
• Execute and manage automated test suites to validate software functionality, performance, and security.
• Perform thorough manual testing when automation is not feasible, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and develop effective testing strategies.
• Identify, document, and track software defects, providing detailed reports to facilitate resolution.
• Participate in requirement and design reviews, offering insights from a testing perspective.
• Continuously improve test automation frameworks and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Mentor and guide junior QA team members on best practices in both automation and manual testing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in QA, with a strong focus on automation testing.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Extensive experience with automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit).
• Strong understanding of manual testing techniques and methodologies.
• Proficiency in usability testing and UI testing
• Experience with CI/CD tools and integrating automated tests into build pipelines.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
