    Microbiologist (Food and Beverage)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Microbiological Testing: Conducting tests on food samples, raw materials, and production environments to detect the presence of pathogens like Salmonella, Listeria, and E. coli.
    • Data Analysis: Analyzing test results, identifying microorganisms, and interpreting data to assess potential risks.
    • Developing and Implementing Procedures: Creating and implementing methods for isolating, cultivating, and identifying microorganisms, as well as developing strategies to control microbial growth.
    • Quality Control: Ensuring that food products meet quality standards by monitoring microbial contamination throughout the production process.
    • Research and Development: Investigating microbial behavior in food, developing new technologies for food safety and preservation, and staying updated on advancements in the field.
    • Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring that food production processes and products comply with relevant food safety regulations and guidelines.
    • Collaboration: Working with other scientists, production teams, and regulatory agencies to ensure food safety and quality.
    • Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of tests, analysis, and investigations, and preparing reports for management and other stakeholders.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess a BSc/HND in Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related
    • 3-5 years of experience as a microbiologist
    • Strong knowledge of microbiology, including microbial physiology, genetics, and ecology.
    • Proficiency in laboratory techniques, including microscopy, culture methods, and molecular diagnostics.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
    • Familiarity with food safety regulations and quality control procedures.

    Sales Executive (Security & AI Solutions)

    Job Description

    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing marketing operations, and overseeing business performance in alignment with strategic goals.

    Responsibilities

    • Drive lead generation, actively follow up on enquiries, and close sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
    • Manage end-to-end sales and marketing operations of the center, including IT training and solution sales.
    • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to boost revenue and customer acquisition.
    • Lead, recruit, and train the sales team to achieve set targets.
    • Conduct below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities to increase visibility and customer engagement.
    • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, academic, accounts, and administration) to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Ensure top-line growth and profitability of the center.
    • Maintain and update the center's digital presence including website, social platforms, and digital marketing campaigns.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
    • 3–4 years of post-qualification experience in solution sales, with at least 2 years in biometric or access control solution sales.
    • Proven experience in selling to corporate clients and handling biometric device sales.
    • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
    • Ability to understand sales metrics and meet revenue goals consistently.
    • Good knowledge of digital marketing, networking, routing, switching, and website maintenance.
