    Method Lead Planner

    MISSIONS / SERVICE DIMENSIONS

    The Method & Maintenance Planning Lead will oversee and coordinate planning activities for FPSO maintenance operations, ensuring alignment with offshore industry standards and regulatory requirements. The role focuses on managing a multidisciplinary team of planners , instrumentation, mechanical, electrical, and third-party contracts) while driving efficiency in workflows and asset reliability. This position demands expertise in marine certifications performed by Bureau Veritas (BV) and deep knowledge of FPSO systems.

    • Develop and implement maintenance planning strategies for FPSO and offshore operations.
    • Knowledge of marine certification processes performed by Bureau Veritas (BV), ensuring compliance with regulatory and class standards.
    • Strong communication skills to coordinate with marine teams, surveyors, and BV inspectors, ensuring that survey and maintenance tasks are clearly understood and executed.
    • Experienced in collaborating with third-party contractors for essential inspections like underwater hull surveys, lifting gear certification, and lifeboat testing.
    • Detail-oriented approach to tracking certification timelines and ensuring timely submission of deliverables to BV.
    • Ability to align maintenance and inspection tasks with BV regulatory timelines and requirements to ensure compliance and readiness for certification.
    • Coordinate daily and long-term scheduling for preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
    • Supervise a team of planners specialized in instrumentation, mechanical, electrical, and third-party resources.
    • Ensure optimal use of CMMS tools (SAP) for work order planning and execution.
    • Oversee asset integrity programs, inspection schedules, and condition monitoring for marine, hull, and topside systems.
    • Review and approve work orders and proper execution of maintenance documentation.
    • Monitor adherence to KPIs, such as downtime reduction, schedule compliance, and asset reliability.
    • Facilitate operational audits, training, and reporting in alignment with industry best practices.
    • Native or Fluent in English
    • Communication Skills, ability to provide clear instructions
    • Leadership and Authority, ability to inspire confidence and assert authority when needed
    • Problem-solving mindset
    • either Nigerian or Expat
    • 15 or more years of experience in the field

    Electrical Engineer F/H

    ACTIVITIES

    • During project execution, the Electrical Engineer will be responsible for the following tasks (non-exhaustive list):
    • Development of the tail-end engineering and specific engineering documents (wiring diagrams, cable allocation in trays and MCTs, E/I support book, etc.).
    • Review and/or finalization of the E/I detail design for the Electrical discipline within the Bonga North project.
    • Monitoring of the detail design up to the tail-end engineering E/I and coordination of electrical documents.
    • Interface with offshore job boards for coordination and technical liaison.
    • 5 to 10 years of experience in a design office as an E/I detail design engineer.
    • Oil & Gas experience required.
    • Fluent in French and English (verbally and in writing).

    Instrument Engineer F/H

    • Development of tail-end engineering and specific engineering documents (loop diagrams, wiring diagrams, cable allocation in trays and MCTs, E/I support book, etc.).
    • Review and/or finalization of the E/I detail design for the Instrumentation discipline within the Bonga North project.
    • Monitoring of the detail design up to tail-end engineering E/I and coordination of instrumentation documents.
    • Interface with offshore job boards for coordination and technical liaison.
    • 5 to 10 years of experience in a design office as an E/I detail design engineer.
    • Oil & Gas experience required.
    • Fluent in French and English (verbally and in writing).
