    Merchant Success Manager

    About the Role

    • In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring merchants are successfully onboarded, actively transacting, and consistently growing on the platform. This role requires close monitoring of merchant activity, quick resolution of issues, and continuous engagement to drive performance.
    • This role requires speed, ownership, and the ability to operate in a fast-moving environment where merchant performance directly impacts revenue. You are expected to take full ownership of your merchant portfolio, understand how each merchant operates, track their activity closely, identify risks early, and take action before performance declines.
    • You will work closely with internal teams to resolve issues, improve merchant experience, and ensure merchants are able to transact without friction.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Onboard new merchants and ensure they go live without delays
    • Manage a portfolio of merchants and be accountable for their activity, retention, and overall performance.
    • Monitor merchant activity, failed transactions, and behavioural trends to identify issues early.
    • Identify at-risk merchants early and take action to prevent churn.
    • Run structured merchant conversations focused on performance and growth.
    • Resolve merchant issues end-to-end and follow through until completion.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to unblock merchants.
    • Maintain clean and accurate CRM records across all merchant interactions.
    • Improve internal processes and how merchants are managed at scale.

    What Success Looks Like (First 3 - 6 Months)

    • Strong understanding of the full Quidax product suite and merchant flows.
    • Ability to onboard merchants independently and get them live quickly
    • Clear visibility into merchant performance across your portfolio
    • Your portfolio NRR (Net Revenue Retention: how much revenue you're keeping and growing from existing merchants) is strong, meaning merchants are staying active and spending more over time.
    • Early identification of volume drops, inactivity, and operational issues.
    • Consistent engagement with merchants based on data, not guesswork.
    • Clean, structured CRM usage across all managed accounts.
    • Strong collaboration with internal teams to get things done quickly.
    • Faster resolution of merchant issues with minimal follow-up required.

    What we’re looking for

    • Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Merchant Success, preferably in a B2B setting.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Comfortable using data to track performance, identify issues, and make decisions.
    • High ownership and strong follow-through.
    • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • B2B Fintech experience is a major plus

    Head of Institutional Sales (FX & OTC)

    About the Role

    • This role owns OTC trading revenue and desk performance. You will build, scale, and run Quidax’s OTC business providing large-block crypto execution for HNWIs, institutions, corporates, and trading desks.
    • You’re not just a trader. You’re a desk builder, people leader, and risk-aware revenue operator.

    What you’ll be owning

    • OTC Revenue & Volume
    • Own OTC volume, revenue, and margin targets
    • Build a scalable OTC book with repeat, high-trust clients
    • Balance volume growth with disciplined spread and risk management

    OTC Desk Build & Operations

    • Design the OTC operating model: pricing, approvals, limits, escalation

    • Hire, train, and manage OTC sales reps and traders

    Treasury Trade Partnerships Manager

    About the Role

    • We’re looking for a Treasury Trade Partnerships Manager to help us build strong institutional FX partnerships that power Quidax’s treasury operations.
    • This is a relationship-heavy role, you’ll be in rooms (and inboxes) with banks, corporates, DFIs, exporters, and trade businesses, figuring out how Quidax fits into their FX flows and how we structure deals that actually work.
    • If you understand how institutional FX trading works (documentation, settlement, risk, timelines, who signs what, and why), and you can build trust with senior stakeholders, you’ll thrive here.

    What You’ll Be Owning

    • Build and Grow an Institutional Partnership Pipeline
    • Within 30 days: map out the top target partner categories (banks, DFIs, exporters, commodity traders, large corporates) and define a pipeline strategy with the Head of Treasury
    • Within 60 days: open and actively manage a live pipeline of qualified institutional partners
    • Ongoing: keep partnerships moving from “intro call” > “serious conversation” > “commercial structure” > “signed agreement”

    Close High-Quality FX / Trade Partnerships

    • Within 90 days: support at least 1 – 2 structured partnership opportunities (term sheet / commercial framework stage)
    • Structure partnership arrangements that make sense for both sides — including pricing logic, settlement expectations, and operational realities
    • Work with internal teams to ensure signed partnerships don’t die during implementation (because vibes don’t settle trades )

    Be Quidax’s Face in Institutional Trade Conversations

    • Represent Quidax confidently in conversations with senior treasury, trade finance, and banking stakeholders
    • Build trust by understanding partner pain points: liquidity needs, risk controls, compliance constraints, turnaround time expectations, documentation flows, etc.
    • Communicate clearly, follow up properly, and keep relationships warm without being pushy

    Support Treasury Strategy with Real Market Intelligence

    • Stay current on the global FX market, Nigeria’s banking landscape, and regulatory considerations affecting FX and trade flows
    • Share insights with the Head of Treasury that influence strategy, partner selection, and execution priorities
    • Identify where Quidax can win (and where it’s not worth chasing)

     Run Your Work Like a Business

    • Own your pipeline reporting: partner stages, next steps, blockers, and expected close timelines
    • Maintain clean documentation of partner conversations and progress (so we’re not doing “let me remember what they said last month” energy)

    What We’re Looking For

    Must-Haves

    • 7+ years experience in treasury, FX trading, trade finance, or institutional banking partnerships.
    • Prior experience working in or directly with trade/FX desks in commercial banks (or selling into them).
    • Strong understanding of how institutional FX transactions work end-to-end documentation > execution >> settlement.
    • Confidence building relationships with senior stakeholders (Treasury, CFO-level, Heads of Trade/FX).
    • Ability to work independently, manage your own pipeline, and stay accountable to outcomes.

    Nice-to-Haves

    • Existing relationships across banks, corporates, DFIs, exporters, or commodity trading businesse
    • Exposure to cross-border payments, liquidity management, or market infrastructure partnerships
    • Experience structuring partnerships across multiple stakeholders (legal/compliance/ops involvement)
