    Membership Relations Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Membership Relations officer supports all membership development activities in the zone.

    Requirements

    • Academic & Professional Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or any other related field.
    • Experience: Minimum of two (2) years relevant work experience in similar role

    Competency and Skills Requirement:

    • Deep knowledge and understanding of the Membership function and ability to identify new opportunities for the Institute.

    Assistant Manager, Membership and Branch Development

    Job Summary

    • The incumbent is responsible for all aspects of membership development in the Zone.
    • Additionally, this role will coordinate training and director capacity development and provide essential support for training initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and optimal member experience in relations to Programs and Event coordination.

    Requirements

    • Academic & Professional Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or any other related field.
    • Experience: Minimum of four (4) years relevant work experience in similar role

    Competency and Skills Requirement:

    • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional and inter-regional teams
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills and well-developed persuasion and marketing skill.

    Manager, Membership and Branch Development

    Job Description

    • The incumbent is responsible for the membership life cycle development in the Zone, including recruitment of new members, retention of existing members, and reactivation of dormant members.
    • Execute and drive strategies and initiatives to grow the relevance and impact of CloD Nigeria in the Zone.

    Academic & Professional Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or related discipline

    Experience:

    • Minimum of six (6) years relevant work experience in similar role.

    Competency and Skills Requirement:

    • Leadership, coordination and organizational skills, In-depth knowledge of industry trends and ability to identify new opportunities for the Institute.
    • Ability to think strategically and have drive for results.
