    Medical Representative

    Responsibilities

    • Achieve quarterly and annual sales target assigned by Line Mangers
    • Ensure quality and adequate call rate to at least 10 doctors and 5 pharmacies daily and 3 CME quarterly
    • Maintain a register of all Classes of Hospitals, Doctors and Pharmacies in your assigned territory
    • To improve customer base expansion by getting minimum of one new customer (hospital or pharmacy) quarterly
    • To work within monthly sales cost (functional and promotional) and agreed budget
    • To optimize SFA use and ensure prompt and real time submission of reports, monthly sales projection and all other required reports
    • To ensure product availability in over 80% of retail outlets in assigned territory
    • To ensure customers satisfaction through prompt reporting of complaints and suggest ways of proffering lasting solution
    • Annually develop at least 2 marketing and sales strategies aimed at exceeding given target and positively impacting assigned territory
    • Report any Pharmacovigilance and Product complaint within specified time.
    • To discharge other official duties as may be assigned by line manager and National Manager from time to time.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 3 - 5 years work experience.

    Sales Representative

    Responsibilities

    • Meet the Company’s set annual target for your assigned Territory.
    • Effective usage of SFA tools to document attendance, customer calls and sales activities daily.
    • Doing cost-benefit analysis of existing and potential customers to meet their needs.
    • Open and close sales properly to win prospective customers, Service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establish new accounts.
    • Ensure collection of outstanding debts and keep sales to debtors’ ratio within the acceptable limit.
    • Work with the marketing team to develop and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message.
    • Coordinating sales effort with the team members and other department.
    • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques etc.

    • Keep detailed records of all contacts, both potential and existing and constantly be on the lookout for new contacts within the healthcare field.

    Education

    • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
    • 1 - 2 years work experience.

    Mould Maintenance Specialist

    Job Purpose

    • General mould equipment maintenance.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintains Moulds and Parts required for the formation of Glassware.
    • Monitors the preparation of moulds for Job Change.
    • Co-ordinates the activities of Shift and Day Duty Staff.
    • Monitors the Maintenance of Workshop tools and equipment. Keeps records of moulds and parts, and also maintains and monitors their movements.
    • Carries out Job Changes and ensures that sufficient moulds of the right quality and parts are made available to meet production programme.
    • Prepares Job Change Moulds / Equipment in accordance with production plan.
    • Carries out major repairs and/or modifications as required on the Job Change Moulds.
    • Supervises the jobs assigned to Mould Repair Operators and ensures retrievals of all mould equipment removed from line after Job-Change.

    Qualifications

    • Level of Education - OND in Mechanical Engineering
    • Years of experience - Minimum of 3 years experience in mould fitting in glass industry.

    Batch & Furnance Supervisor

    Job Purpose

    • To ensure constant quality services in the section by liaising with the crew leaders on shift.

    Key Responsibilities

    • To work closely with the Manager in setting Furnace Operations standards and ensure they are kept.
    • To also ensure that the Batching Operations standards are maintained according to specifications.
    • To train and upgrade the operational knowledge of the subordinates.
    • To identify the weakness and potentials of the subordinates for optimal results.
    • To liaise closely with the crew leaders on the shift in ensuring constant quality services.
    • To liaise closely and monitor the services of the Maintenance Department on breakdowns and do a follow up on jobs done.
    • To maintain good housekeeping daily.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering or Glass Technology.
    • At least 5 years work experience.

    Electronics & Instrumentation Maintenance Supervisor

    Job Purpose

    • Effectively provide quality maintenance services to production and other areas during the shift period to achieve the department set objective.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Troubleshoot and repair of instrumentation control system and telecommunication equipment.
    • Carry out preventive and planned maintenance according to the schedule.
    • Testing and calibration of all measuring instruments
    • Recording of shift activities in the logbook
    • Report and ensure prompt response to all breakdowns that are prone to affect production to reduce downtime
    • Servicing of AC/DC solenoid valves
    • Monitoring of decorating lehr temperature
    • Servicing and maintaining of lehr burners
    • Control of furnace and feeder firing system
    • Repairs and maintenance of all I.S machines, electronics air/lubricating control system
    • Trouble shooting and maintenance of plc controlled processes

    Requirements

    • B. Eng in Electrical / Electronics Engineering
    • 3 - 5 years of experience.
