    Mechanical & Electrical Engineer

    Job Description

    • We are looking to hire a Mechanical & Electrical Engineer who will be responsible for the design, supervision, installation, maintenance, and repair of all mechanical and electrical systems in building projects.
    • This includes HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, lighting, power systems, elevators, and other building services.
    • The role ensures that all M&E works comply with regulatory standards, project specifications, and safety requirements in real estate development and property management.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Interpret architectural drawings and develop M&E engineering designs.
    • Prepare technical specifications and design calculations for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
    • Collaborate with architects and civil engineers to integrate M&E systems in building designs.
    • Supervise and inspect the installation of M&E systems at construction sites.
    • Ensure work is carried out according to approved designs and quality standards.
    • Monitor contractor performance and adherence to timelines, safety, and budget.
    • Ensure all systems are energy-efficient and sustainable.
    • Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

    Job Qualification

    • B.Sc / B.Eng. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or combined M&E discipline).
    • Minimum of 2–5 years of relevant experience in the real estate, construction, or facility management sector.
    • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building codes, and energy efficiency standards.
    • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and engineering software.
    • Good communication, project management, and leadership skills.

    Quantity Surveyor

    Summary

    • We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team.
    • The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for estimating project costs, managing budgets, and ensuring cost efficiency throughout the construction process.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, considering all materials, Labor, and equipment costs.

    Job Qualifications

    • B.Sc / HND in Quantity Surveying or related fields
    • Minimum of 1 - 5 years of experience in real estate, construction, or property development.
    • Membership of NIQS or other recognized professional bodies is an added advantage.
    • Proficient in QS software like CostX, AutoCAD, Microsoft office suite or Microsoft Excel
    • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
    • Good negotiation and communication skills.

    Logistics Officer

    Job Summary

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, inventory or ERP software is an added advantage.
    • Integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
