    MD Key Account Management Officer

    Role Purpose

    • This role wiill be responsible for assisting MD Key Account Management supervisor in carrying out day to day activities.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in creating, developing and maintaining highest quality relationships that include creative structuring of solutions that meets maximum demand customer needs.
    • Assist in managing an assigned portfolio of maximum demand consumers, ensuring maximization of potential from each account.
    • Assist in consumer complaints pertaining to MD consumers.
    • Customer lodging related to MD customer.
    • Assist in customer complaint resolution.
    • Interacting with the MD customer regularly.
    • Preparation of MIS reports for MD customer care.
    • Collate, analyse, and present data as it relates to key functions of the Unit
    • Comply with Quality Management System / Operational Health & System requirements including objectives and applicable regulations relating to assigned jobs.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the unit Head or Head of Department

    Minimum Qualifications

    • This role requires a First Degree or its equivalent Diploma qualification
    • Requires minimum of 1 year relevant work experience with knowledge and mastery of relevant theories, principles and complex techniques gained through broad experience or special development.

    Quality Assurance / Quality Control Backend Officer

    Role Purpose

    • This role will be responsible for assisting Backend specialist, coordinate and resolve post metering issues in the respective Business Units.

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure quality standards on all metering initiatives are met from both self and officers in the back office.
    • Ensure daily validation and evaluation of the survey/installation.
    • Check for consistency in survey/installation and reporting.
    • Ensure closure of Non-conformance by the subcontractors or NMD reps at the various BUs.
    • Weekly Performance reporting.
    • Generation of quality of all metering activities & analyze the report.
    • Escalation of issues to relevant teams which include BU Vigilance Teams, QAQC Surveillance Team and Others.
    • Ensure field operation performance and compliance to policies.
    • Submission of weekly evaluation report to QAQC Field unit. Team with List of installation to be visited for surveillance
    • Update resolution feedbacks received from cross functional units.
    • Carrying out all other functions as designated in line with achieving the departmental objectives.
    • Comply with Quality Management System / Operational Health & System requirements including objectives and applicable regulations relating to assigned jobs.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • First Degree in Social Science/ Engineering
    • Requires minimum of 1 year post qualification experience

    Maximum Demand Management Operations Officer

    Role Purpose

    • This role is responsible for routine meter inspection and early diagnosis of customer energy meter to detect energy theft.

    Responsibilities

    • Installation of LV/HV-CT Operated, whole current and Panel Meter.
    • Re-certification of Maximum Demand meters to reduce Ikeja Electric ATC&C losses.
    • Commissioning of installed Maximum Demand meters for billing processes.
    • Maintenance of Maximum Demand meters.
    • Retroactive billing and incremental revenue based on the re-certification exercise.
    • Tariff Reclassification of MD customers.
    • Generation of monthly billing analysis exceptions for Ikeja Electric.
    • Supervision of monthly meter reading process.
    • Routine Inspection and quick diagnosis of customer energy meter to detect energy theft.
    • Comply with Quality Management System / Occupational Health & Safety requirements including objectives and applicable regulations relating to assigned jobs.
    • Assist in carrying our other duties as requested by the Unit Head / Head of Department.

    Minimum qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Electrical / Electronics / Power Engineering
    • Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience from a related sector / organization with demonstrable understanding in MD Metering.
