    Marketing Manager

    Job Overview:

    • We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our growing team! Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee all marketing initiatives within the company by managing company-wide marketing activities for our clients and ensuring our internal sales and marketing processes are running smoothly.
    • You are goal-oriented and detail-oriented.
    • You bring your experience of working on fast-paced and dynamic teams together with our company values to help our clients succeed daily.
    • You will lead by example and make sure we have the right resources in place to reach our goals by identifying potential risks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, under budget, and with quality to meet our customers’ needs.

    Key Responsibilities:

     

    • Development and implementation of digital marketing processes within the team and across agencies
    • Create strategies based on knowledge and understanding of the customer's needs
    • Define and manage projects
    • Manage the production schedule and ensure all processes are on schedule
    • Identify resource issues and proactively find resolutions
    • Track KPIs and identify issues and improvements in all areas of digital marketing including SEO, Paid Ads, Sales Leads, and Conversion.
    • Oversee and plan out the development of team members
    • Identify and improve operational efficiencies through effective client and investment processes and approaches
    • Review production to ensure intended results have been achieved and identify areas of future improvement
    • Bring in new ideas based on learning and industry research
    • Identify areas of growth for the company
    • Set-up and manage experiments to continually improve the results of our service
    • Demonstrate and nurture company culture to the team to ensure consistent company values
    • Make processes for improvement and automation a part of the team culture

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or related marketing industry experience in related field
    • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent work experience
    • Direct and clear communication and to communicate to critical thinking in identifying real issues and able to provide solutions
    • Exceptional project management experience and a track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality
    • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
    • Deep understanding of all the marketing elements and their impacts to increasing conversion for clients
    • Experience with testing and iterating on initiatives to deliver measurable results and learnings
    • Demonstrates strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
    • Superior analytical abilities and quantitative skills, including budget management and online advertising proficiency. Able to make quick decisions to move project to completion quickly

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or similar.
    • Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software such as HubSpot Marketing and Bitrix24.
    • Experience with other aspects of marketing, such as customer growth and promotion, is a plus
    • Social media marketing experience is beneficial.
    • Experience with website building and optimization is a plus.

    Video Editor | Project-Based

    Job Overview:

    • Video Editor is responsible for creating video content and assets for use across a wide variety of media, including social media, mobile platforms, and emerging media.
    • He/She will work with raw camera footage, video clips, photos, sound, and music and create visually stunning video assets and content.
    • He/She will be expected to independently coordinate projects with the different departments and successfully submit requirements to requestors on time.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Produce Marketing Videos for B2B and B2C clients in the dental industry.
    • Responsible for assembling and manipulating video footage, applying artistic editing techniques, and creating finished, broadcast-worthy projects that accurately reflect our brand's creative vision and quality.
    • Responsible for reviewing audio and video footage.
    • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas for approval.
    • Establish and promote video marketing guidelines, best practices, and standards.
    • Design and deliver storyboards and scripts optimized for the dental industry.
    • Identify digital media problems and devise elegant solutions to make clients happy
    • Perform retouching and manipulation of images
    • Create marketing videos from clips and still images, including voice-over.
    • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and competitors along with experimenting with new features, and always trying to optimize our channels to get the most out of our pages and fans
    • Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style and quality, and optimized for search and user experience for all content channels, including social media, mobile, and video, especially short-form content.
    • Optimize YouTube videos with catchy titles, proper tags, cover photos, etc.
    • Directing photographers and videographers to ensure necessary footage is captured
    • Creating processes/guidelines
    • Managing Projects Related to Video Marketing

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • 1-3 years of professional experience creating marketing videos from recorded videos, clips, and stills
    • Skills in storytelling that can be translated into a compelling script and visual images
    • Animation skills (2D and/or 3D)
    • Proficient in the Adobe creative suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Bridge)
    • Experience with color grading, sound mixing, and footage management
    • An understanding of current video marketing trends and best practices
    • Timely knowledge of social design features and trends
    • A keen eye for aesthetics and details
    • Creative and collaborative team player
    • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
    • A strong portfolio of previous work.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal and presentation skills
    • Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects, troubleshoot creative challenges, and deliver on schedule

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Degree in Multimedia Arts and/or Fine Arts majoring in visual communications, and/or Film and Media Arts, related to Video Design/Editing.
    • Experience in creating social media content on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube
