    Job Description
    The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Building the Business-sales, coverage, display, competitive pricing.
    • Building the Organization Capabilities- training, coaching, effective working tools and an effective work environment.

    Other Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for delivery/exceeding target sales for distributor organization.
    • Monitoring and driving sales on a regular basis.
    • Motivating and driving the sales team for target achievement.
    • Ensures all the different types of the organization's brands are always available in every store.
    • Ensures the organization's brands (in every store) have an advantage over the competition - in display, visibility and pricing.
    • Responsible for training sales reps.
    • Product development and sales of company products.
    • Manage distributor sales resources.
    • Market Expansion & Penetration:
    • Ensuring coverage of the entire market.
    • Identification of the new dealers/ Wholesalers & introducing them to the Branch Manager.
    • Ensuring that the product is available & visible throughout his assigned territory.
    • Good understanding of the market & competition.

    Skills / Qualifications

    • Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND / BSc Degree qualification with 1 - 8 years of work experience.

    Sales Manager

    Location: Ikeja, Lagos

    Job Responsibilities

    • Helps drive a positive customer experience by building relationships, exhibiting empathy, and providing solutions to their needs.
    • Creates relationships and identifies customer needs while recommending appropriate solutions to drive both individual and team sales, margin, accessories, and overall performance.
    • Applies extensive sales experience, knowledge, and expertise to act in each department.
    • Contributes to the delivery of optimal customer service by recruiting, training, scheduling, and retaining customer focused full-time and part-time department personnel.
    • Resolves complex customer issues or escalations as needed while proactively equipping line-level associates with tools for addressing customer concerns.
    • Perform any duties as assigned.

    Job Competencies and Requirements

    • Customer issues or escalations as needed while proactively equipping line-level associates, Associate Degree or Higher in Business or related fields
    • Previous experience in sales and customer service
    • Aged 30 to 45 years
    • 1 year of experience and above
    • Ability to work successfully as part of a team
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
    • Resolves complex tools for addressing customer concerns.
    • Experience in leadership
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
    • Background in customer service; Particularly in the real estate and industry
    • Technical understanding of the design and its administrative Management Skills
    • Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g., customer satisfaction)
    • Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms
    • A customer-oriented attitude
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Problem-solving aptitude
    • Ability to work well with a team
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • A can-do attitude is required
    • Ability to meet up with deadlines.

    Salary
    N150,000 - N180,000 Monthly.
