    Marketing Executive

    Responsibilities

    He/she will be responsible for:

    • Engaging clients through effective communication and ensuring they become viable subscribers.
    • Meet with clients to promote the company’s business portfolio and services, and provide client support.
    • Develop and sustain a solid client base by keeping current and prospective clients informed about business development.
    • Produce timely submission of all reports to assist, monitor and review all marketing activity and results l.
    • Ensure individual target is met during the stipulated time frame and maintain profitability for teams.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 2 years experience.
    • Vast experience in the real estate sector.

    Business Development Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expand our market presence.
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, investors, and industry professionals.

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales and marketing materials.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage).
    • Minimum of 2 years experience
    • Proven track record of success in business development within the real estate industry.
    • Strong knowledge of real estate market trends, investment strategies, and industry dynamics.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Exceptional networking abilities and ability to build and maintain relationships.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data and develop actionable insights.
    • Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
    • Driven and strategic thinker with a passion for real estate
    • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess exceptional negotiation skills.
