    Marketing Communications Officer

    Job Summary:

    • The Marketing Communications Officer will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing communication plans to promote CHINT products, systems and services, and the brand.
    • To achieve brand visibility and promote demand generation and sustainable profitable growth for CHINT Nigeria.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute integrated marketing communication strategies and campaigns to promote CHINT products, services, and brands.
    • Design and develop product design for the team
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and creative departments, to develop effective marketing communication plans.
    • Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, blog, email marketing, and print collateral, adhering to brand guidelines and tone of voice.
    • Manage and upgrade CHINT social media platforms in his/her region, including content creation, community management, and analytics tracking.
    • Coordinate and manage the production of marketing materials/collateral, working closely with internal stakeholders within CHINT and partners, and with external agencies and vendors.
    • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for innovative marketing communication strategies.
    • Recommendation on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
    • Think creatively and propose innovative tools and ideas to enhance CHINT brand visibility and generate business demand.
    • Respect and deploy company branding guidelines and messaging across all marketing communication channels.
    • Manage the company's public relations activities, including media relations, press releases, and press conferences.
    • Plan and execute corporate events, trade shows, and exhibitions, coordinating logistics, promotional materials, and booth design and execution.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales support materials, presentations, and training materials.
    • Develop and lead customer activities like conferences, visits as well as branding of CHINT and partner locations.

    Qualifications and requirements

    • BSC or HND in marketing/sales or a related field.
    • 2-5 years experience in Marketing, preferably in a multinational context.

    Competencies (in order of importance)

    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Good business acumen and sound financial understanding of marketing investments,
    • Ability to work in a matrix organization and gain cross-functional support and alignment.
    • Advanced presentation and facilitation skills, Digital marketing, and analytics experience
    • Preferably B2B business model understanding and Market Knowledge
    • A deep understanding of marketing principles,
    • Creative mindset.

    Receptionist

    Job Summary:

    • We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Receptionist to join our team.
    • As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering phone calls, and performing administrative tasks to support our office operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
    • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages and respond to inquiries
    • Manage and maintain the reception area, including tidiness and organization
    • Perform administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
    • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
    • Provide support to other departments as needed

    Requirements:

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with scheduling software and databases
    • Knowledge of office procedures and protocols
