    Marketer

    Responsibilities
    Sales & Business Development:

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities for escalator products, modernisation, and maintenance services.
    • Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase escalator solutions.
    • Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and tenders in line with client requirements.
    • Negotiate contract terms and close sales to meet or exceed targets.

    Marketing & Promotion:

    • Develop marketing strategies to promote escalator products in targeted sectors (malls, airports, train stations, etc.).
    • Organise and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
    • Create sales materials, product brochures, and digital marketing content to attract potential clients.

    Market Intelligence:

    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
    • Maintain an updated database of potential and existing clients.
    • Provide feedback to the technical and product teams to improve product offerings.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, consultants, and facility managers.
    • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Follow up on outstanding proposals and service agreements.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field.
    • 2 – 5 years experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the elevator/escalator or construction industry.
    • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

    Skills:

    • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Knowledge of escalator technology, specifications, and safety standards (advantageous).
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
    • Ability to work independently and travel frequently for client meetings.

    Corporate Security Guard

    Key Responsibilities
    Access Control & Surveillance:

    • Monitor entry and exit points, verify identity of staff, visitors, and contractors.
    • Operate and monitor security systems such as CCTV, alarms, and access control equipment.

    Patrolling & Inspection:

    • Conduct regular patrols of premises to detect and deter security breaches, vandalism, theft, or unsafe conditions.
    • Ensure all doors, windows, gates, and other access points are secure.

    Incident Response & Reporting:

    • Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents.
    • Document and report all security incidents, breaches, and suspicious activities in line with company procedures.

    Safety Compliance:

    • Enforce company security policies and procedures.
    • Support health and safety protocols, including evacuation drills and emergency procedures.

    Collaboration & Support:

    • Liaise with law enforcement, emergency services, and external security agencies as required.
    • Provide security support during corporate events, VIP visits, and sensitive operations.

    Requirements

    • Education: Minimum of SSCE/OND; additional training in security management is an advantage.
    • Experience: Minimum 2 years in corporate or facility security, law enforcement, or military background preferred.

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
    • Strong observation and communication skills.
    • Ability to operate security equipment (CCTV, radios, access control systems).
    • Physical fitness and alertness.
    • Integrity, discretion, and sound judgment.
