Responsibilities
Property Maintenance & Systems Oversight:

• Ensure the property and its systems remain safe, functional, and presentable through routine inspections, preventative care, and timely repairs across all infrastructure and guest-facing areas.

Core Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and ventilation systems.
• Perform scheduled inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment and building systems.
• Respond promptly to urgent guest or management repair requests.
• Maintain and test fire alarms, smoke detectors, and other safety systems for compliance.
• Oversee 24/7 operation of generators and test essential systems (AC, lighting, locks, water heaters).
• Conduct cosmetic upkeep: painting, drywall repair, flooring fixes, and general structural maintenance.
• Maintain external areas: landscaping, groundskeeping, and pool/gym upkeep.
• Coordinate external contractors for specialized repairs or installations with the Property Manager.
• Document all maintenance activities, inspections, and inventory usage.

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications.

Salary
N120,000 - N160,000 Monthly.

Summary

• Ensure cleanliness, order, and guest comfort across the property through daily room servicing, amenity restocking, waste management, and responsive guest support.

Core Responsibilities
Room & Property Maintenance:

• Clean and service guest rooms; make beds, change linens, and refresh towels
• Perform linen laundry: wash, dry, fold, iron hotel textiles
• Sanitize bathrooms; replace toiletries; check plumbing and report issues
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish surfaces; refresh soft furnishings and décor
• Conduct final disinfectant touch and ensure air quality and fragrance standards
• Maintain common areas and kitchen: clean, restock, inspect appliances, ensure food safety zones

Guest Support & Turnover:

• Respond promptly to guest requests (e.g., extra towels, pillows)
• Respect privacy and "Do Not Disturb" signage
• Restock amenities: toiletries, glassware, notepads, etc.
• Clear room service trays; empty and reline trash bins

Reporting & Oversight:

• Inspect rooms for damage or malfunctioning equipment
• Report maintenance issues, lost items, or damages to supervisors
• Follow lost property procedures
• Adhere to health, safety, and security protocols
• Oversee room turnover: assign tasks, conduct final visual checks

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess  an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 2-10 years work experience.

Salary
N80,000 - N120,000 monthly.
