    Logistics First Line Supervisor II

    Main Functions

    • Logistics First Line Supervisor in Aviation, Marine, Shore Base, Ground Transport,
    • Camp and Catering and does not represent any specific job description. Supervises employees, may include coordination of contractors, to deliver safe, reliable and profitable Logistics in assigned operating units (aviation, marine, shore base, ground transportation and camp services). Demonstrates applicable Logistic skills appropriate to job position.
    • Typical Job Positions may include: Logistics First Line Supervisor (FLS), Aviation FLS,
    • Marine FLS (e.g., Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) Procurement Manager),
    • Shore Base FLS, Ground Transport FLS and may cover some or all of the responsibilities listed below.

    Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Oversee all logistics operations at DS1, DS2/CPF
    • On site contract representative for vehicle lease, in field logistics and infrastructure
    • O&M contracts.
    • Conduct audits on contractor and own executed logistics operations, follow up and
    • close out findings.
    • Provide transportation and lifting and hoisting support services to operations.
    • Oversee sling register.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Previous experience in a closely related position
    • BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or other Technical degree
    • Behavioral Skills: effective communication, courage of conviction, sound decision-making, risk management
    • Functional Skills: SSHE management - operations and maintenance, operations planning / improvement, maintenance management, logistics, general marine operations
    • Demonstrates leadership, strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to network effectively across organizations.
    • Strong knowledge of logistics standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria
    • Broad Supply Chain knowledge
    • Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs
    • Read, write, and speak fluent English, especially as it applies to technical and business communications
    • At least 5 years experience,
    • Proficient in Excel and Logistics Coordination

    Electrical Maintenance Technician II

    Main Functions

    • Support field electrical maintenance work and electrical isolation (Lock out Tag out: Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO)) for lighting, air condition and motor maintenance. 
    • Plan and execute scheduled preventive and breakdown maintenance activities to minimize impact on production and maximize operational availability. 
    • Typically reports to a supervisor.

    Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Perform LV & HV Electrical Isolations and lock-offs.
    • Carry out all activities to company standards and procedures
    • Raise relevant permits within the agreed time period
    • Report relevant maintenance data for reliability analysis
    • Participate in failure investigations and identify reliability issues
    • Generate new work requests to highlight plant and equipment faults
    • Develop and review operational and maintenance procedures
    • Provide input and assistance for new projects including commissioning work

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
    • Previous experience in a closely related position, preferably in the Oil and Gas Industry
    • Discipline appropriate certification(s) if applicable or equivalent professional experience
    • Effective communication skills; ability to clearly and concisely describe conditions in the field and
    • recommend remediation steps
    • Team Player; exhibits effective teamwork when working with persons over whom the person may have no
    • direct authority and willingness to assist others

    Electrical Lead II - QIT

    Main Functions

    • Supervises a team of electrical engineers who design, develop, and test all aspects of electrical components, equipment, and machinery. 
    • Applies principles and techniques of electrical engineering to accomplish goals.
    • May work with other engineering teams to increase efficiency, production quality, and volume. 
    • Evaluate and comment on discipline engineering work performed both internally and by Contractors and sub-contractors to ensure that work is being executed in accordance with Company specifications, company standards, and regulatory requirements.
    • Facilitates effective execution of discipline engineering and design routines that align with the team's goals, objectives, and procedures. 
    • Assures accurate and timely communication among the team and other company
    • Functions on discipline engineering activities, progress, and issues.
    • In addition to technical ability, they should demonstrate sound communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

    Tasks and Responsibilities
    In addition to Level 1 tasks and responsibilities, a Level 2 will:

    • Supervise a team of electrical engineers who design, develop, and test all aspects of electrical components, equipment, and machinery.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering specialty, or equivalent professional experience
    • Broad and extensive knowledge of discipline design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs
    • Read, write, and speak fluent English, especially as it applies to technical and business communications

    Specific Requirements

    • 10 years Oil & Gas facility maintenance and installation experience, High Voltage equipment, 
    • Electrical switch gear maintenance experience.
    • Electrical Isolation Procedures
    • Work Management skills.
    • Contractor management skills.
    • Develop work scope for Vendor's execution.
    • Electrical materials cataloguing and QA/QC.
    • Use of maintenance software-IPES/SAP to support operations

    Documentation Specialist II

    Main Functions

    • Coordinate between the Project Team (PT) and Operations to define the documentation and information to be handed over to support operations planning, start-up preparations, and ultimate operations, including formats and characteristics of the information management systems and tools.
    • Develop Documents For Operations (DFO) Strategy; interfacing with stakeholders on requirements and delivery. 
    • Ensure Contractor and Supplier documentation and information deliverables meet contract requirements for handover to Operations.

    Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Coordinate communications and efforts between the PT and Operations to plan and execute Documents for Operations schedule and processes to meet Company Specifications
    • Ensure Company requirements for DFO are understood by the PT and its Contractors and Suppliers
    • Interface with Project Team members to support identification of start-up, integrity critical and ready for Operations deliverables
    • Plan and conduct DFO workshops, refresher training sessions and roll DFO expectations and requirements to PT and its Contractors as necessary
    • Provide guidance, and Facilitate resolution of DFO queries and deviations
    • Monitor the PT progress of the review of DFO deliverables, turnover from the contractor to the PT, and handover to operations, report the status of DFO review to handover cycle for tracking purposes
    • Identify Gaps and provide resolutions. Report deficiencies to Information Management Lead
    • Transmit Early Deliverable / Final Deliverable information packages to Operations
    • Proactively bring to the attention of the Project Information Management Lead any issues that could potentially impact final documentation quality, cost or schedule
    • Determine the frequency and perform DFO internal audits within the PT and external audits of Contractor and Sub-Contractor teams, and ensure resolution of issues raised
    • Ensure adequate performance measurements are implemented to support DFO progress and reporting.
    • Ensure all final DFO drawings, documents, and their associated attributes are progressively loaded into Company Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) (UDocs)

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degree in Technical or Engineering disciplines desired with 8 years experience.
    • Experience in areas of operations and/or project technical support, including working experience with document management, and IT systems and tools
    • Advanced level proficiency in Information Management skill area
    • Understanding of information and documentation needs and uses in operating oil and gas facilities
    • Experience in a Production, Refining or Chemicals operations technical support organization
    • Strong skills for communicating and interacting with teams. Ability to influence outcomes to meet specified requirements without direct authority over the teams responsible to produce the deliverable

    Community Relations Officer / Specialist III

    Main Function

    • Responsible for ensuring that the company and its contractors provide the individuals, groups, communities and local government authorities with timely, consistent and accurate information regarding the company's project/ operations and conduct direct consultation with the local communities as a basis to identify concerns.
    • Conduct public awareness campaign/general information sessions.
    • Ensure community development investments are aligned with company’s strategy and approach.
