Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate credit worthiness by processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits
• Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans
• Determine all applicable ratios and metrics and set up debt payment plans
• Communicate with clients either to request or to provide information
• Justify decisions (approvals/rejections) and report on them
• Ensure collected loans are paid back as at when due
• Complete loan contracts and counsel clients on policies and restrictions
• Maintain and update account records
• Assess customer needs, explore all options and introduce different types of loans
• Develop referral networks, suggest alternate channels and cross-sell products and services to accomplish quotas
• Go the “extra mile” to build trust relationships, customer loyalty and satisfaction
• Operate in compliance with laws and regulations and adhere to lending compliance guidelines

Requirements

• HND / Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 1 year work experience.
• Background experience in a similar role is highly desirable.

Job Description

• Work closely with the team to oversee daily business operations
• Responsible for enforcing company policies and procedures within the office
• Proactively recommend improvements to increase sales performance
• Liaise with different departments to improve performance and work efficiency
• Monitor sales orders and supplier relations
• Compile sales reports and distribute them to relevant departments
• Attending to any correspondence and emails by customers, clients and contractors
• Keep updated on industry trends and consumer market
• Any other role as may be assigned to you.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND in relevant field with a minimum of 1 year experience.
