This is a full-time, on-site Loan Officer role based in Nigeria.
The Loan Officer will be responsible for evaluating loan applications, conducting financial analyses, and assessing creditworthiness.
Duties include processing loan applications, guiding clients through the loan process, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
The Loan Officer will also provide financial advice to clients, maintain relationships with customers, and contribute to portfolio growth and effective loan recovery.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Financial Analysis, Loan Processing, and Credit Assessment
Excellent Communication, Customer Service, and Relationship Management abilities
Attention to Detail, Problem-Solving, and Organizational Skills
Proficiency in Financial Data Entry, Reporting, and Loan Management Systems
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the banking industry
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
Prior experience in microfinancing or the banking/financial sector is preferred
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
