    Litigation Lawyer

    Job Summary

    • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation practice and courtroom advocacy, with a proven track record of handling complex cases.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Handle litigation matters across various jurisdictions
    • Conduct courtroom advocacy, including trials, hearings, and appeals
    • Provide expert advice on litigation strategy and risk management
    • Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to resolve disputes
    • Manage and prioritize multiple cases, ensuring timely and efficient resolution
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

    Person Specification

    • Bachelor’s degree (LL. B.) in law or a related field.
    • 5 -8 years of post-qualification experience in litigation practice
    • Strong track record of courtroom advocacy and litigation experience
    • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
    • Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.

    Finance Officer

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a meticulous Finance Officer to manage the company’s financial operations.
    • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial reporting, and compliance with Nigerian regulations.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Manage accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger functions.
    • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
    • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
    • Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate payments.
    • Monitor cash flow and petty cash.
    • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and support audits.

    Person Specification

    • Bachelor’s Degree or HND qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • ICAN / ACCA certification (preferred).
    • 2 – 4 years’ accounting experience, preferably in SMEs / startups.
    • Strong knowledge of Nigerian financial principles and tax regulations.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
    • Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and organizational ability.
