    Legal/HR Officer

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • 1-3 years working experience as a Legal/HR Officer
    • Applicant must have been called to the Nigerian Bar
    • Applicant must have completed her one year National Youth Service Programme
    • Applicant should have knowlegde of Human Resource Management and administrative duties
    • Proficient with the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
    • Proximity is an added advantage

    * Salary ranges from 70,000 to 90,000 naira

    Location is Victoria Island, Lagos State

    AC Technician

    Job Description

    • Install, maintain and repaire ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment
    • Identify maintenance risks on equipment
    • Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for AC systems
    • Clean, adjust and repaire systems, and performing warranty services
    • Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
    • Provide technical direction and on-the-job training
    • Keep daily logs and records of all maintenance functions
    • Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act
    • Comply with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of Trade Test in Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
    • Minimum of 3 years experience in AC maintenance

    Recruitment Officer

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Prepare job description based on hiring request and sourcing
    • Recruit technical suitable candidates for job openings at the firm
    • Perform in-person and phone interviews with candidates
    • Follow up on the interview process status
    • Coordinate interviews with the hiring managers
    • Knowledge about on-boarding and induction
    • Knowledge of HR daily report

    REQUIREMENTS

    • B.Sc Degree qualification
    • Competence in the use of Microsoft office
    • 2-3 years working experience as a Recruitment Officer
    • Candidate must be able to resume immediately.
