    Lead - Field Engineer

    • As a Field Engineer, you will be the key interface between our on-site teams and the client. You will work technically and professionally, leading crews to ensure that equipment is installed, maintained, and started properly and that jobsite services exceed customer expectations .
    • By making innovative key contributions to our future, you will also help create reliable, high-quality support for our customers.

    Responsibilties
    As part of our Early Career Program as a Field Engineer, you will be responsible for:

    • Coordinating with crew members to deploy tools and services, including liaison with customers and shore-based Operations Managers.
    • Participating in finding solutions to complex technical problems through hands-on work at the rig site
    • Preparing, documenting, and receiving outbound and inbound equipment and products, including products to and from the well site
    • Providing support for tenders, including data analysis and cost estimates, as well as performing invoicing activities
    • Engaging in job shadowing opportunities to develop a holistic understanding of the business

    To be successful in this role, you will:

    • Have graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (all fields), Engineering Technology, Mathematics, Chemistry, Geosciences, or similar, within the last 36 months.
    • Have achieved a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 on a scale of 4.0 (or equivalent)
    • Be fluent in written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills
    • Be legally entitled to work within the country in which you are applying without company sponsorship or time restriction.
    • Have good interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for teamwork and the ability to guide others.
    • Demonstrate good leadership, critical thinking, and numerical skills as well as data analysis and project management abilities.

    Regional Finance Manager - SSA

    • The Finance Manager will be responsible for driving technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls, process simplification, and operational excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis.
    • Viewed as a functional Subject Matter Expert. In depth understanding of a complex field based upon a long experience.
    • Has a leading role in knowledge management.
    • Organizes knowledge sharing to convey information about new approaches and best practices.

    In this role, you will be responsible for:

    • Designing and implementing internal controls over financial reporting, including accounting policy implementations, SOX, distributed controllership, process simplification and internal controls over IPP monitoring and risk.
    • Advising management in the function and/or in the business. Has a supportive role in decision making about important subjects.
    • Presenting to leaders in the business solutions or functional area on functional discipline and business solutions. Works with cross functional teams. Has major influence on small business unit or Family within a Function or P&L
    • Leading the design and implementation of long and short-term projects.

    To be successful in this role, you will:

    • Have a Bachelor's Degree in a related Business, Finance or Accounting focus.
    • Have at least 5 years of experience in Operational Finance
    • Have at least 10+ years relevant business experience
    • Be able to demonstrate experience working with cross-functional teams within a global-matrix environment
    • Have great verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships with teams and customers
    • Have experience of leading or working with teams to deliver successful projects and initiatives
    • Demonstrate the ability to multi-task effectively and balance priorities in an ever changing, fast-moving, time-sensitive environment
    • Be a good team player, enjoy collaborating and solving problems with others
