    Warehouse Manager

    Salary: N240,000.00 Net/Monthly
    Resumption: Immediate 

    Responsibilities

    • Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.
    • Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.
    • Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
    • Maintaining records, reporting relevant information and preparing any necessary documentation.
    • Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
    • Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse.
    • Coordinating and maintaining warehouse fleets and equipment.
    • Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of B.Sc/HND or its equivalent.
    • 5-years experience as a Warehouse Manager.
    • Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
    • Time management skills and the ability to delegate.
    • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
    • Problem-solving skills, grit and enthusiastic.

    Facility Officer Recruitment (Construction or Engineering Background)

    Location: Oshodi-Apapa Expressway, Lagos
    Resumption: Immediate 
    Work days: Monday (8am-6pm) - Saturday (11am-4pm)

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee the day-to-day smooth management and operation of the office buildings and accommodation infrastructure through administrative support as well as overseeing the general maintenance of tasks.
    • Maintain all facilities and equipment within the system and their related issues including record keeping, repairs and supervision of personnel working within the facility premises.
    • Responsible for the monthly payment for utilities such as energy used, waste disposal and cable subscription.
    • Any other assigned tasks.

    Requirements

    • B.Eng./HND in Facility Management, Civil Engineering or Building Engineering or any other relevant discipline.
    • Professional certification in Engineering or Facility Management is an added advantage.
    • 2-5 years similar experience with Construction or Engineering background.

    Competencies Required

    • Good knowledge of facilities and space administration
    • Good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
    • Excellent organisational skills.
    • Good team player.
    • Attention to detail.
