    Technician (Mechanical): HVAC

    Job Description

    • Technician (Mechanical): HVAC; Refrigeration; & Diesel generator maintenance competencies

    Scope of Work:

    • Hourly/daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly scheduled maintenance of HVAC & refrigeration system and diesel generators.

    Systems to be maintained include:

    HVAC:

    • Air-conditioning (AC) systems
      • AC Outdoor Units (ODUs): Variable Refrigerant Volume condensing units; split air-conditioner condensing units;
      • AC Indoor Units (IDUs): fan coil units; wall mounted units; standing floor units;
      • Air Handling Unit: fresh air handling unit
    • Ventilation systems: Staircase Pressurization Fans; exhaust air fans; make up air fans
    • Refrigeration system: refrigerators

    Diesel Generators:

    • 2 nos 1000KVA diesel generators;
    • 640kva diesel generator

    Requirements
    Education:

    • Ordinary National Diploma (OND) and other related qualifications in disciplines related to the advertised position.
    • City and Guild Technical Certificate.

    Experience:

    • 2 years experience in related roles.
    • Proficient in the use of Microsoft office suits (word, excel, PowerPoint etc.) for reporting and presentation.

    • 11KV High Tension (HT) Panels with tripping charging unit
    • 400V bus bar
    • Synchronisation panel
    • ATS panels
    • Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS)
    • Low Voltage (LV) main panels
    • LV sub panels
    • Lighting systems
    • Earthing system
    • Lightning system

    ELV Systems:

    • Access & CCTV control system
    • Public address system
    • BMS system
    • Fire Detection & Alarm System
    • Analogue-addressable panel & repeater panels (Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP) & Fire Suppression Panels (FSP)
    • Optical smoke detectors
    • Heat detectors
    • Strobes and sounders

    Security Manager

    Security Management

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Supervise security guards and mobile policemen attached to the facility
    • Update the facility risk and threat assessment
    • CCTV Management and supervision of control room operations
    • Implement and update security policies, protocols and procedures
    • Disseminate frequent security and threat advisories
    • Incident investigations and reporting
    • Attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs
    • Draw up budgets for security operations and monitor expenses
    • Emergency Response Coordination
    • Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events

    Front Office Manager

    Front Office & Reception services management

    Experience:

    Minimum of 2 years of front desk supervisory experience in a commercial property, 5-star hotels/resorts.

    Proficient in the use of Microsoft office suits (word, excel, PowerPoint etc.) for reporting and presentation.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Manage business centre and meeting rooms bookings.
    • Liaise with security unit to clear visitors from gate house.
    • Liaise with tenants' receptions to clear visitors from building reception.
    • Manage all tenants' enquiries and requests via telephone, help desk platform, walk-in-tenants within acceptable guidelines
    • Record and route all tenants service requests to the building management team. Maintain liaising with tenants on the status of their service requests and follow up with the building management team in closing out all service requests.
    • Prepare and submit weekly reports of all front office activities (visitors, helpdesks service requests and status, training etc.) to the property manager.
    • Prepare performance reports related to front office.
    • Ensure implementation of all Everty One policies and house rules.
    • Act as the fire safety marshal for all front office staff, visitors, vendors, and others during emergency drills and evacuation.
    • Ensure logging and delivery of all messages, packages, and mail in a timely and professional manner.
    • Ensure that all front office employees are, at all times, attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all visitors, tenants and other employees.
    • Work within the allocated budget for the front office.
    • Always wear the proper uniform and ensure all front office employees always wear proper uniforms.
    • Schedule the front office staff and supervise workload during shifts.
    • Evaluates the job performance of each front office employee.
    • Answer all inquiries, direct calls, and provide basic information.
    • Perform other duties as requested by management.

    Education:

    University degree.
