    Dynamics AX/365 Executive

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Monitor Dynamics operations and conduct performance, operation and process analysis to assess options for optimizing.
    • Plan and manage project, budgets, and resource to ensure successful implementations
    • Work with clients, end-users and management to understand their business and software requirements and translate those business needs into solution requirements, initial design concepts, rational business and functional requirements and specifications for solutions.
    • Assist with modifying and maintaining system customizations; business processes, workflows, and dialogs; templates and serves as change champion between users and technical team.
    • Work closely with clients to proactively review applications; make recommendations on products and/or modifications according to client needs
    • Delivering all projects in the department on time and to make sure that all project objectives are met
    • Development of customized dashboards and automation of all financial & business reports using business intelligence tools
    • Continuous process improvement on the existing ERP- Dynamics 365.
    • Work closely with Key Users to address frequent causes of issues (problem management).
    • Make recommendations on process/policy changes that would increase benefit from adoption of solutions.
    • Manage data import, data cleansing, deduplication, optimization and data maintenance efforts.

    CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

    • In-depth functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365.
    • Three full years of Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 implementation experience
    • Structured implementation methodologies experience
    • Certification in Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 is an advantage
    • Excellent communication, planning and organization skills.
    • Strong client relationship skills.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Information Technology or related field
    • Exposure to business intelligence tools
    • Proven experience of successful ERP implementation
    • Functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system
    • Project Management (including risk management and escalation) skills
    • Ability to fully understand business processes and write comprehensive system requirements.

    Accountant

    Job Responsibilities

    • Preparing financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements, invoices, and other documents.
    • Working with bookkeeping software.
    • Coordinate daily accounting activities and journal entries in the ledger
    • Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
    • Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing a balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
    • Maintaining / reviewing cost prices on the system & analyzing the impact on margins
    • Analyzing sell-through reports, monitoring stock movements, reconciling inventory accounts to the general ledger
    • Reconciling inventory accounts to the general ledger
    • Participating in various accounting projects and assisting in ad-hoc tasks.

    Job Requirements

    • Proven working experience as an accountant.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an accountant.
    • Thorough knowledge of principles of accounting.
    • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
    • Must have strong numeric ability.
    • Must possess good interpersonal skill.

    Credit Control Executive

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Coordinate the debts of existing creditors and deciding whether to allow credit to a debtor.
    • Notify debtors by letter, email, or telephone call of upcoming or outstanding invoices.
    • Negotiate payment plans and settlements with debtors, including fixing terms and conditions.
    • Resolve all issues raised internally and externally around outstanding invoices.
    • Working with legal team to initiate legal action against debtors who evade or refuse repayment according to the terms and conditions.
    • Arrange for account statements to be forwarded to clients each month,’ updating records when necessary.
    • Establish and maintain regular communications with clients to facilitate periodic payments.
    • Generation of ageing analysis reports and cash collection reports.

    Operations Executive

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • To oversee and manage the company’s overall supply chain/procurement strategies.
    • Implement effective planning and negotiation with OEMs or suppliers both locally and internationally to ensure the company enjoys the best value on all procurement in terms of quality, quantity, price, and delivery time.
    • Ensure all orders placed are immediately/appropriately created and monitored.
    • Ensure delivery of products to the Warehouse within the stipulated lead time.
    • Ensure adherence to OEMs sellout reporting timetable based on their various OEM’s sellout expectations.
