A Sales Officer will create and manage long-term, trusting relationships with clients in the additives, oilfield and industrial chemicals business. The candidate will be responsible for selling the company\'s products and services to potential customers and achieving revenue targets.

The job holder will be responsible for developing the sales strategy to achieve projected revenue and growth plans for the company. She will assist the Senior Sales Manager to coordinate, motivate and provide leadership for the sales team to generate leads, build client relationships, set targets to hit or exceed revenue forecasts, and ultimately meet customer needs, in line with the company\'s vision and values. The role will also develop plans and strategies to expand the customer base and contribute to training and skills development for clients and sales team.
