Overview

• The Senior Supply & Logistics Officer will be responsible for managing the logistics operations of the organization.

The Profile

• First Degree or HND from a reputable tertiary institution. Relevant certification is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of French language.
• Must have at least 4 years experience as a Supply & Logistics Officer. Past experience in the FMCG or E-Commerce sector is an added advantage.
• Proven experience managing large complex teams, comprising of salaried, hourly and agency employees.
• Must be able to ensure that all delivery associates complete their daily order assignments and payment reconciliation accurately and on time.
• Must be able to plan all aspects of logistics operations including inbound/outbound logistics, insurance related to company and logistics operations.
• Would be responsible for the achievement of key last mile delivery, such as delivery success rate, delivery satisfaction score etc.

• Our client wants to employ the services of a Sales Engineer with proven experience and a passion for selling technology solutions to end users.

The Profile

• First Degree or HND in Engineering or any related field from a reputable tertiary institution.
• At least 3 years of experience selling engineering products and solutions to end users.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to existing and prospective customers
• Talk with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements
• Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery
• Help clients solve problems with installed equipment.
• Recommend improved materials or machinery to customers, showing how changes will lower costs or increase production.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office packages.

The Profile

• First Degree in Accounting, Finance or any related field.
• 5+ years experience in Internal Audit, Finance & Control.
• Basic understanding of the french language
• Experience in Banking and/or supply chain industries is required.
• Experience designing an internal control framework within an organization.
• Identify and document the key controls within each key processes of major functions (e.g., program, finance, logistics, engagement, etc.,) to ensure the risk / negative exposures can be properly controlled.
• Design and prepare annual “Audit Plans” by applying risk-based approach to ensure the organization complies with internal regulations / policies and established protocols.
• Develop and maintain the internal audit procedures to ensure that best practice is taken account of and that the audits address specific areas of risk management.
• Analyse audit results for proper corrective actions for management to improve.
