Senior Operational Excellence Manager at Ralds & Agate

The Profile

• Master's Degree/MBA in any relevant field is required
• At least 7 years relevant experience overseeing, enhancing and optimizing the business operations, processes and procedures of various organizations.
• Lead the design and implementation of initiatives that eliminate waste, reduce lead time and improve business performance while establishing a sustainable model for continuous improvement
• Define standard operating procedures and ensure compliance through monitoring and alignment
• Identify performance gaps, prioritize and manage improvements roadmap
• Ensure that all operational risks are correctly mitigated with the implementation of the right controls, processes and contracts.
• Support the delivery of operational consistency of all supply chain activities while leveraging on technology and/or process optimization.
• Participate in implementing lean management practices across all departments.
