At least 7 years relevant experience overseeing, enhancing and optimizing the business operations, processes and procedures of various organizations.
Lead the design and implementation of initiatives that eliminate waste, reduce lead time and improve business performance while establishing a sustainable model for continuous improvement
Define standard operating procedures and ensure compliance through monitoring and alignment
Identify performance gaps, prioritize and manage improvements roadmap
Ensure that all operational risks are correctly mitigated with the implementation of the right controls, processes and contracts.
Support the delivery of operational consistency of all supply chain activities while leveraging on technology and/or process optimization.
