    Cleaners / Store Assistant

    • Lance Trend is a major distributor of technology products and Services for businesses in Nigeria, as well as partners with various ICT, manufacturers.
    • Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors, restrooms, and common areas.
    • Dust and clean surfaces, windows, and equipment.
    • Dispose of waste and manage recycling as required.
    • Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and report shortages.
    • Maintain hygiene standards in compliance with health and safety regulations.
    • Assist in loading and unloading goods.
    • Organize and store products in designated areas.
    • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
    • Conduct routine inventory checks and report discrepancies.

    Assistant Procurement Officer

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supplier Management: Assist in identifying, evaluating, and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
    • Purchase Orders: Prepare and process purchase requisitions and orders in line with company requirements.
    • Market Research: Conduct research on pricing, product availability, and vendor reliability.
    • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier information.
    • Compliance: Ensure procurement practices adhere to company policies and relevant regulations.
    • Inventory Support: Collaborate with the store/warehouse team to monitor stock levels and replenish supplies.
    • Reporting: Assist in preparing procurement reports and updates for management.
    • Negotiation Support: Participate in discussions with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing

    Required Skills & Competencies

    • Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple procurement tasks simultaneously.
    • Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication for liaising with suppliers and internal teams.
    • Analytical ability: Skill in comparing prices, evaluating supplier performance, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
    • Technical proficiency: Familiarity with procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
    • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with procurement officers, finance, and store teams.
    • Attention to detail: Accuracy in documentation and compliance with procurement procedures.
    • Proficiency in excel or must be willing to learn
