    Marketing Officer

    Location: Marina, Lagos

    Salary: 70-130k net

    Our client a microfinance bank is seeking a competent marketing officer who will be responsible for ensuring that all marketing operations are successful in meeting the goals set by management.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Drives liability for the Bank
    • Draws out strategies for pulling cheap savings as well as increasing customer base
    • Contribute to the implementation of marketing strategies
    • Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
    • Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products
    • Prepare content for the publication of marketing

    Essential Requirements

    Secretary to the MD

    Location: Lagos Island

    We are looking to hire a secretary to the MD, for our client, a real estate development, brokerage, and management firm. The candidate is tasked with providing personal and administrative support to the MD through conducting, organizing administrative duties/activities, receiving and handling information with a high level of professionalism and confidence.

    ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Manage the daily/weekly / monthly agenda and arrange meetings, appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc.
    • Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Managing Director.
    • Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
    • Attend meetings and keep minutes.
    • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (email, letters, packages, etc)
    • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
    • Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible – maintain a filing system.

    ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum of a first degree (B.Sc / HND) in any discipline from a reputable university
    • Minimum of 2 Years of experience working experience

    Our client, a leading renewable energy company is looking to hire an Area Sales Manager who will manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities.
    ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Lead Generation for Generators in the allocated region and customer segments
    • Appoint new sales dealers for the  generators
    • Make presentations for customers and do assessment, proposal and close orders

    ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Develop a new customer base and generate strategies that grow market shares, improve customer experience and drive the growth of all product lines.
    • Ability to handle implementation of sales programs, policies, communicates, to assure sales goals and company objectives are achieved.
    • Maintaining relationships with existing and new customers in the business
    • Ensuring that customers are fully educated and become fully conversant with the company’s   PDR model, also ensuring that set prices for each category is effective and complied with.
    • Travelling to establish new dealership, promoting the brand, also visiting partners and dealers on such trips.
    •  Training and educating sales teams, dealers on various products especially in the area of technical descriptions of products and load analysis.

    • Willingness to travel and ability to work under pressure to achieve set targets.
