    Legal Executive

    Our client, a company involved in using latest smart technologies to provide a wide range of next generation state of the art affordable solutions, is looking to hire a Legal Executive.

    Key Responsibilities

    The Legal Executive would have the following responsibilities:

    • Creation, Sign Off and maintaining data of all Telecommunication Agreements signed by the company with their clients
    • Creation, Sign Off and maintaining data of all Agreements signed by the company with their partners and vendors.
    • Ensuring the company functions as per the Law of Land and Legal framework is adhered to
    • Advise and represent clients in courts, before government agencies, and in private legal matters
    • Draft a wide variety of legal agreements
    • Provide advice on corporate legal issues and business matters.
    • Provide internal advisory services to the business units and departments within the Company.
    • Provide commercial legal support to all departmental projects and job functions.
    • Accurate and timely advice the executives and employees on changes to the law affecting the company
    • Ensure the development of service level agreements for service support and delivery.
    • Monitor the maintenance of the registers and other records required to be maintained by the Company under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA).
    • Assist in the development of guidelines, policies, procedures.
    • Analyze and review legal agreements, legislation and documents for the Board.
    • Regularly ensure (internal & external) compliance with laid down guidelines, policies and procedures; investigate issues of non-compliance as may be required.
    • Any other duties as may be assigned

    Basic Requirements and Skills

    • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Legal Department in Telecommunications Industry with a fair knowledge of laws & by laws of NCC and other communication agencies
    • A graduate degree in Law
    • NYSC Certified

    Business Development Executive - Lagos

    Key Responsibilities

    The Business Development Executive would have the following responsibilities:

    • Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities to meet and exceed Annual Business Plan Targets.
    • Extensive mapping of the region assigned to identify potential clients for Internet Leased Line and other products & services being offered by the organization.
    • Comprehensive mapping of Potential & Existing Accounts and creating a rapport with C-Level Executives
    • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
    • Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts
    • Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences
    • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
    • Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process
    • Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding annual sales goals
    • Maintaining a healthy pipeline/funnel of all sales administration using CRM software
    • Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans  
    • Coordination with Support Teams and ensuring the customers issues is resolved efficiently and effectively
    • Ensuring Collections of receivables is achieved as per the set targets

    Remuneration: N1,500,000 to N1,800,000 per annum plus other benefits

    Business Development Manager – KAESER Air Compressor/Mobile Air

    We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales and expand our market presence for KAESER air compressors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales, a deep understanding of industrial air compressor systems, and a proven record of accomplishment in achieving sales targets.

    As the BDM for KAESER Air Compressor, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and promoting KAESER products and services to prospective customers.


    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and expand the customer base for KAESER and Mobil air compressors.
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in target industries, including manufacturing, construction, automotive, and more.
    • Understand clients' business requirements and challenges, and recommend tailored solutions to meet their needs and improve operational efficiency.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, and utilize insights to develop effective sales strategies.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert consultation on Kaeser air compressor products, applications, and solutions.
    • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical training sessions for clients to highlight KAESER products and demonstrate their value proposition.
    • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with client requirements.
    • Provide input and feedback to product management and marketing teams on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to inform product development and marketing strategies.


    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA or technical
    • Certification is a plus.
    • 7-8 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in industrial equipment or machinery
    • Industry, with a focus on air compressors or related products.
    • Strong understanding of compressed air systems, including compressor technologies, controls, and applications.
    • Proven record of accomplishment of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in a competitive market environment.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
    • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and other sales and productivity tools.
